Purchased my S21+ as “renewed premium” which means it was refurbished directly by Samsung with a new battery and case, packed in a new Samsung box. The best part? It comes with the same 1yr warranty from Samsung as a new one. There’s a little paper from Samsung in the box stating that. Definitely worth buying the one that’s refurbished directly by Samsung, versus one from a phone recycler/reseller. The phone itself looks and feels new, battery is great, and it’s a very nice phone. The phone came fast and on time. It looked as new; No blemishes or defects whatsoever. I have popped in my sim card and It's working as intended. I knew I should opened this before wrapping it up, however, I didn't. I thought the product is refurnished to like new condition. Just opened the gift and there are dead pixels on bottom of the screen. No, not only it ruined the Christmas, but it also shows how low quality control is.

UPDATE..1/2/23..Well the phone charged up and turned on great.Added sim set everything up and switched over from IOS to Android.Well the phone kept kicking out my Sim Card I’d pull it out and reinsert and 3-5 minutes and then again so I contacted Amazon they gave me option to Keep phone and give me a $50 credit like ok NO THANKS.Or refund so I chose refund.So RENEWED PREMIUM I may be great for some but in my case I got an INTERNAL LEMON.12/30/2022..So it was just delivered 20 minutes ago.Excited I opened it all up after waiting 4 days.Well I put my sim in tried turning it on and NOTHING.So I plug it up and for literally 10 minutes the screen in the photo before it gave the 1% charging notification.That’s VERY SCARY AND DISAPPOINTING to be honest to have a phone that SUPPOSEDLY came renewed PREMIUM and from SAMSUNG with a brand new battery etc.I will give a proper updated review once I can get this phone to fully charge if it will and then post the update, but this is an honest first look review so far a bit sketchy, disappointed, but we will see if the outcome is great like oh I expect. ... show more
