Came with a charger. It looks like a brand new phone and it worked. I hated that my S20 FE dropped from a stairwell and I needed this one fast.     • Set-up Nightmare
My phone is finally working after 5 hours on chat with my carrier's technical support. The phone works well, but was a nightmare to activate. My old phone completely died: no power, no nothing. I ordered this phone and received the next day. The phone would not allow me to use an ESIM (through QR code scan) nor manually enter an ESIM (no SIM Card Manager menu option). Luckily, I had a spare physical SIM from a starter kit sent to me months ago from my carrier. Plugged that in, had the carrier activate it and still had no service. Turns out the access points didn't get automatically added. I had to manually enter. However, the phone didn't allow me to add them!!! So, I had to download a third party app from the Playstore. Unfortunately, I needed access to my Google account to get the download. Couldn't get access because I couldn't receive texts for 2 step verification on my dead phone! Luckily, I had saved an old Samsung A10e that still functioned from service I had a few years ago. Put the SIM card in the old beast and it fired right up. Got my verification text, logged into my Google account, downloaded the app and manually entered the access points per direction of the carrier's tech support rep. Had I not had the spare physical SIM card and old phone, I would not have been able to get the phone working. What a nightmare! I saved some money over buying a new phone, but I'm not sure it was worth the effort. ... show more

Three small Visible screen scratches were a disappointment. The back of phone was dirty. Functionally it’s ok and works as expected.
