I started using it a few days now. There are some scuff marks around the edges, but I have it in a case, so they are not visible, the screen and back are in pristine condition no scratches or scuff visible. I thought the description said unlocked, but it was locked to AT&T. Great news is that I was able to get the unlock code from att within minutes from their website, they have a page for unlocking, you only need to provide the imei and your email and their system sent the code within the same minute. Then the other hurdle was that the phone was stuck on android 12 and kept on saying there are no updates available. Turns out that you have to be an ATT customer to continue getting updates for an ATT device. The workaround is to manually flash the original firmware to the device which I was able to do. Now it has android 14 installed and working perfectly fine 👌 ... show more

    • Buyer beware
For almost 2 months phone was amazing, had a small glitch with hot spot once. However then all of a sudden the phone stopped connecting to the wireless network. After almost a week of trying to resolve issue the "fix" as send the phone to us, we will make sure it's broken, and then send you a new phone. All fine and dandy, except now everything that was transferred to phone is now gone. They were unwilling to send new phone so I can transfer data then send damaged phone back. I will not buy from this vendor again, beware of this business and how they take care of thier customers. I have purchased a new phone from another vendor and will be "returning" this one, to which I'm sure they will fight tooth and nail not to give me my money back. ... show more

    • Much better than I expected!
I was nervous to buy a renewed phone but I decided to try my luck since Amazon has great return policies. However, I am not going to be needing to return this phone. I was only able to find one tiny scuff mark on the top of the phone, it could've passed for brand new. The only giveaway was that it came in an old iPhone box and it came with a generic charger. This phone is crazy fast and responsive compared to the LG G6+ I had before. The camera is out of this world, the fingerprint scanner is instantaneous and hasn't failed to read my finger once. The phone came almost fully charged and factory reset so it was quick and easy to get started using it. If you're looking for a new phone, I can't recommend this phone enough and especially a renewed one. $200 off due to a scuff mark is well worth it in my opinion. ... show more

    • Overall a good phone at a great price, you just don't get all advertised.
Received the phone a day early so was super excited to use it, but it did not come with a sim removal tool as advertised so I had to source one else where to swap my sim card. That part was quite annoying but overall, phone as described and is working great.

Delivered earlier than expected. Phone came with USB-C to USB-C cable instead of charging cable, but I have extra cables. Phone came powered at 30% which was more than enough to update everything. I ordered this for a gift. So far we cannot even activate it because it is NOT unlocked. We have numerous messsges with the seller. They ask for information and take a day to get back to us. I believe that if this is a reputable company they would send another phone out that is actually unlocked and send a prepaid return label for the phone they sent that cannot be activated. I’m very disappointed. Especially since I bought all the accessories and a warranty. I hope they rectify this situation so I can update the review. ... show more

I felt obligated to write this review since I feel I have received a great deal with this purchase. The phone looks perfect, Not a blemish on it. I put in my sim and powered it up and it prompted right through without one hiccup. Everything is working as if I had purchased a new one. The packing is a give away that it's renewed (white box, sparse paperwork) but it is still very professional in appearance, It's not new. To my surprise the charger is a Samsung 25 watt charger w/ cord model EP-TA800... shocking! I have had problems buying unlocked phones and using them on a different network than originally programed so I stick with the locked versions and have yet to be let down. This has been definitely one of my better purchases. If this review sways you I hope you have the same outcome as I've had. ... show more
