Bought this phone for my niece, sold as new but the phone but only lasted two days. The third day will not turn back on. She took the phone to a technician to look into it, just to find out that the screws did not match, and some loose pieces inside (not new). I am giving 1 star because there is no option to do 0 star. Warning! Do not purchase. I unfortunately bought 2 of these phones. One died entirely after regular use of only 2 month. I went to Verizon I spoke to Samsung twice I went to Arusion & I was told they had 5 people in 2 days with these issues. They can't fix it. They told me Samsung is fully responsible & no one should be purchasing them anymore. It's an issue with the Samsung device, which no one can fix & Samsung is not being helpfull ... show more

The phone won’t read a sim and is a month out of the return window. The package came with instructions to contact the seller if anything goes wrong with it. A month of calling, emailing and texting the number and no response. $400 down the drain.
