So I love my Samsung Galaxy S 20 ultra phone I just got it in today the only thing is that the seller said that the phone was going to come in two days and for some reason it got delayed in Memphis and it showed up today July 15 2022 Friday instead of showing up Yesterday at schedule Thursday July 14th 2022 I think the seller should not use FedEx I think the seller should use with different shipping carrier to send the different phones that he sells. Other than that the phone looks like it's brand new I will purchase phones from this seller in the future. The battery level came at 95 which is great. The fingerprint sensor works.     • Great phone! Just as described!
This phone cosmetically was flawless. I was nervous it would have at least one thing wrong with it, and it didn't. It also came two days earlier than scheduled! As far as the phone goes, it IS big. I also have small hands, though. It took some time to get use to the top heaviness of the camera along with the length, add pop socket helps. Battery life is a lot better than expected. Camera is good, not as good as I expected, though. I ended up going with this phone instead of the newest galaxies for the price, and it is the last galaxy with an SD card slot. Samsung kinda lost me after they got rid of that. The volume when talking with someone is kinda low, so im hoping to figure out a way to change that other than the volume. Maybe there's something I haven't discovered yet (only has it for 3 days). ... show more

    • Terrible product and customer service
I paid a good amount for a phone that arrived and did not work correctly from day one. It shuts off on own and never connects correctly, they sold a bad product. I retuned in the correct time frame and followed all the rules. They lied and said it was sent to them damaged which is not the case or I wouldn’t have returned it as I am still without a phone. They have no ownership for the crappy products they sell. Just be aware had I researched more prior I would have seen others had same issue or even worse. This was my experience and my hope is to help other just be more aware of who they are and there products. @@@ update, company is joke DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM .. finally getting credit back from a phone that worked one day... had to file some type of process with Amazon b to request my money back because the refused to refund..... they sell broken phones and won't return your money SCAM artists ... show more

I purchased this renewed unit a few months ago and was waiting for some time of use to give an opinion/ So far the phone works as expected. It was also received in mint condition as advertised. I have used most of the features and they all work great. It is a wonderful phone that still allows me to add my own SD so it is one of the main features I needed. As for it being renewed, it has always work as if it was brand new for me. Hope that is the case for a long time. ... show more

    • Hard to get network unlocked
This Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G arrived in cosmetically good condition. Those features that I've had cause to use have performed acceptably so far, with the exception that I now would like to unlock the phone from the T-Mobile network in order to use it for travel. T-Mobile support is having difficulty unlocking it. The first issue is that their policy is to only unlock phones sold by them. According to what they can find out about the phone from its IMEI, it was not sold by them prior to being refurbished and offered here for resale. I see that my support period through this reseller ended on 11-9-2023. Today, 11-17-2023, is the day that I'm beginning the process of trying to unlock the phone. It looks like I'm out of luck. The box it came in claims that the ESN is clean, so if that's true there should be no debt encumbering this phone and it likely has not been reported stolen, so those are probably not the reasons for this difficulty. ... show more

When this showed up, dropped a physical card in it and it worked great. In better shape than advertised. Only issue I've had is that on day __ it bricked. Sellers "amazon contacted" on a Sunday. Giving them a chance. Return was an option, after I send one in. Asking for a replacement to be shipped asap since tomorrow is work. I was avoiding going and buying an emergency phone before switching services. Sucks if I have to buy a phone.. ... show more

    • Lasted Less Than 5 Months...
After 4 months and some change the charging port went out on me. Does not even recognize cables if plugged in anymore. Luckily still charges wirelessly for the time being but obviously can't use any feature that requires the phone to be plugged in. Customer service can't do anything as I've exceeded 90 day warranty on their "excellent condition" device. If "excellent" gets you less than 6 months of use without a major issue($90-100 to repair) I'd hate to hear how long the lesser qualities will last you. ... show more
