I have really enjoyed my Samsung S20 Ultra. I have used the camera a great deal and it works great. I enjoy having the Micro-SD capability. I currently do day trading on this phone, and it has done very well with that. The battery life seems good and I have the battery protection on that turns off the charging at 85% and turns it back on at 82% or 83%. I bought the tempered glass protection for the camera lenses and the Armor Shield fle idle screen protection. Plus a JetTech case, which keeps it fairly compact since I normally carry my phone in my shirt pocket. If you are wondering this replace an Samsung S9 plus. The S20 Ultra is slightly taller, and they say a tiny bit thicker which I think was to get the bigger battery in three phone. I do like the photos from this phone, but I prefer my Canon 70D DSLR. I included a photo taken with the Ultra at the Franklin Park Conservatory that only blooms once every 4 years or so. On the other hand, you can't beat a nice big lens and the larger digital images. Plus for example I was taking pictures an video of 4th of July fireworks. It works much better to turn off the auto focus on my DSLR since they are far enough that you don't need to change the focus. My phone would change it focus trying to seek out the right focus, and since fireworks often have a moment between when the sky is black, and so there is nothing to autofocus on to. On the other hand, the phone is much easier to carry, so I almost always have it with me. ... show more

    • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! PHONE BROKE AFTER 1 MONTH!
Had it for one week and now the screen keeps bugging, like little black grid boxes pop in and out as my brightness keeps adjusting itself... feel ripped off, 300$ and only a week later the screen starts failing? Really? Whatever Edit: I've had the phone for a little over a month and the other night i noticed a weird visual glitch where the entie screen was yellowish.. i thought nothing of it because i know it is a lemon so i just charged it and went to bed. When i woke up the phone screen does not turn on, and it only vibrates when i hold the power button or plug it in but there is no vibration when i touch the screen so i don't think it's even on the pascode screen...?? I can't fix this, and i have to buy another phone now. But i will take it to a local shop to have it repaired because i need the data off it, which will probably cost 100$.... so 300$ and i got to watch my phone disintegrate for no reason and now all of my data is locked behind a broken mess of a device that i will have to loss more money over to get back.... what a total ripoff!! I feel completely scammed! Do not buy! I would say avoid refurbished products in general! ... show more

Phone came in perfect condition. Very impressed by the quality of the device. Works great, looks great. Couldn't be happier so I believe it's fully worth the 5 star rating. I will be honest about one thing that kind of set my OCD into in overdrive. They put a normal paper adhesive sticker on the back of the flawless phone. One not made for smooth surfaces like hard plastics or glass. You know the one that leaves an annoying residue... Luckily, with a little research I was able to find an easy way to remove the residue using rubbing alcohol and a paper towel and it's spotless now. Really, that's my only gripe. Just hope the seller takes this into consideration going forward. Other then that thank you for the wonderful new phone! ... show more

This is a great phone. All it's lacking is an earphone point. Would also be nice if Samsung made the power button finger print scanning standard rather than on screen. Screen readers are less accurate. All in all though, great phone. Came fully unlocked. Just popped my SIM and SD cards in, restarted, and voila! It was connected to my service immediately, no calling or returning for an unlocked model were necessary. My upgrade was from an A50 so to me especially, this thing is super fast. However, another thing I miss is an iridescent backing and there isn't a big selection of cases or screen protectors for this model. ... show more

After a fiasco with my last seller/product, I was pleased to get what I paid for. The phone came in on time and was in perfect condition, got a straight talk sim card for like 8 bucks and threw her in here and everything works and looks good. Unlocked, camera and speakers work well, no scratches at all, and so far so good on the battery. I received the Samsung Galaxy s20 in the mail within a few days. I had broken the screen on my previous s20 and realized I could buy a new s20 for cheaper than it cost to replace the screen.     • Screen crapped out with in the first year
I got this phone and within the first year the screen got what the Internet called the green screen of death I did not drop it or anything I even got a good case and screen protector before I even started using it one day I went to unlock it and the whole screen was green
