I have really enjoyed my Samsung S20 Ultra. I have used the camera a great deal and it works great. I enjoy having the Micro-SD capability. I currently do day trading on this phone, and it has done very well with that. The battery life seems good and I have the battery protection on that turns off the charging at 85% and turns it back on at 82% or 83%. I bought the tempered glass protection for the camera lenses and the Armor Shield fle idle screen protection. Plus a JetTech case, which keeps it fairly compact since I normally carry my phone in my shirt pocket. If you are wondering this replace an Samsung S9 plus. The S20 Ultra is slightly taller, and they say a tiny bit thicker which I think was to get the bigger battery in three phone. I do like the photos from this phone, but I prefer my Canon 70D DSLR. I included a photo taken with the Ultra at the Franklin Park Conservatory that only blooms once every 4 years or so. On the other hand, you can't beat a nice big lens and the larger digital images. Plus for example I was taking pictures an video of 4th of July fireworks. It works much better to turn off the auto focus on my DSLR since they are far enough that you don't need to change the focus. My phone would change it focus trying to seek out the right focus, and since fireworks often have a moment between when the sky is black, and so there is nothing to autofocus on to. On the other hand, the phone is much easier to carry, so I almost always have it with me. ... show more

    • Don't waste your money, because you won't get it back.
The phone arrived, and it looked great, and it worked OK for about a day. Then one thing after another started going wrong. First of all, it started giving alerts that the battery was weak, and needed attention. Then the wireless charging and power share quit working...and I didn't noticed until I tried to use it to pay at the store, that the NFC for contactless payments doesn't work, even though it acts like it's working. Then I noticed that I can't use the speaker phone, because when someone speaks it sounds like a bug getting zapped in a bug zapper...and now the fingerprint sensor isn't working. So, I contacted Amazon, and they said that product isn't eligible for a refund, and I'd have to contact the seller. I did, and the communication has been good...then they informed me that I'd have to ship it back across the country, wait 2 to 3 days after it arrives for processing, and then they'd talk to me about a replacement. That's unacceptable because everything I do at my job requires a phone. Plus my mom is in the hospital, and I can't go without a phone right now... Especially for at least a week or so. So I guess I'm stuck with paying $300 for a phone that halfway works...I guess you live and you learn, but it really sucks that there's companies out there with these type of business practices. ... show more

This is a great phone. All it's lacking is an earphone point. Would also be nice if Samsung made the power button finger print scanning standard rather than on screen. Screen readers are less accurate. All in all though, great phone. Came fully unlocked. Just popped my SIM and SD cards in, restarted, and voila! It was connected to my service immediately, no calling or returning for an unlocked model were necessary. My upgrade was from an A50 so to me especially, this thing is super fast. However, another thing I miss is an iridescent backing and there isn't a big selection of cases or screen protectors for this model. ... show more

The phone arrived well packaged, with clear information on how to return if needed (I did not). I like being able to reuse electronics and while this doesn't have an attached stylus (like the Note), it is definitely much faster and still accommodates my SD card for extra storage.

Phone came in perfect condition. Very impressed by the quality of the device. Works great, looks great. Couldn't be happier so I believe it's fully worth the 5 star rating. I will be honest about one thing that kind of set my OCD into in overdrive. They put a normal paper adhesive sticker on the back of the flawless phone. One not made for smooth surfaces like hard plastics or glass. You know the one that leaves an annoying residue... Luckily, with a little research I was able to find an easy way to remove the residue using rubbing alcohol and a paper towel and it's spotless now. Really, that's my only gripe. Just hope the seller takes this into consideration going forward. Other then that thank you for the wonderful new phone! ... show more

    • Fantastic phone at first.
Phone was amazing and worked great but in less than a year after purchase. The screen went bad and flips from a white screen to a green screen. Now it will cost almost the amount I paid for the 1st one here just to replace the screen. There are zero cracks or scratches on the screen, so i don't know why it did that. I opened the phone from sleep and the screen went normal for a moment and then went white and green. I hope I was the only one who got a flawed phone. This would be a 5 star review if it wasn't for the screen issue. ... show more
