This phone is very similar in size to the Note 10 that I updated from. It feels more premium and capable. Have fewer problems connecting to automated systems. More stable. I probably could have kept the other but I wanted to optimize the support time and also wanted to be able to expand the memory. Models after this do not have memory slot. Paying less than 500 for a1200 dollar phone made this a good time to make the move.

I was a little skeptical reading some of the 1 star reviews but those worries are unfounded. I received the product in original Samsung box and the phone is pristine. They say that there may be minor blemishes but the device I got looked brand new from the factory! I could not be happier with the purchase. I feel like I got a brand new S20 Ultra for 50% off! My only complaint is the chord they sent is not a fast charging compatible chord but the transformer is a fast charger. But, for the price and quality of the product, who cares about the chord! Take the $700 you saved and buy a nice chord. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, Good job sellers!

I am very disappointed with this phone. It Is very slow at times. And the part that really irritated me the most is.I literally pulled it out of my pocket the other day it flipped out of my hand dropped on the ground.Even though it was in a heavy duty protective case the back of the phone is apparently glass and shattered. For the price, you would think you would get a decent product.

I was a bit skeptical of buying such a big ticket item as "renewed" but since Amazon had a rock solid guarantee, I went ahead and took a chance. The phone was shipped quickly and actually arrived early. It was truly in "like new" condition, without a single scratch or even a fingerprint. Setup was a breeze as well. We simply switched the SIM card from the old phone into this one and it immediately worked. The battery life is spectacular, usually going for two full days between charges with moderate use. Considering that only a few months ago this phone's retail price was 2x the price we paid for this one, it's an excellent value for the money. I will definitely shop Amazon Renewed again when it's time to buy another phone and recommend it to anyone in the market for a good deal on a quality device.

People who know me know what kind of skate I am (a cheap one!) So, when I was forced to give up my Samsung S8 because an app would no longer support that version of Android, I decided to stick with Samsung, shop for a refurbished phone, and get the latest phone that would still let me use my MicroSD card for added, removable storage. Bargain! So, my phone arrived, and everything looked great as if it had never been used. I went through the tedious work of transferring everything over, including my number, getting all my apps set up like I like, and then went to use the camera and found that it was blurry, as if I'd left the protective film over the lens. Turns out, the "normal" camera has an issue where the lens can get stuck and it's out of focus until you give it a light tap or bump, or shake. When I want on line to look into this, I found that lots of people were reporting the same issue with their Samsung S20s, and some were even seeing the problem with some of the newer ones! This doesn't make me feel good about my prospects of getting one that works, and of course now I can't be without my phone while I wait for a new one to be shipped. So, I just have to be prepared to give it a bump whenever I want to use the camera, and endure the laughs of my girlfriend who thinks I should have gotten an iPhone. It does work great as a phone, for e-mail, and the few other apps I've tried, and it does have a "battery saver" mode which will only charge the phone to 85%, to extend the life of the battery. (Charging LiIon batteries to 100% or using fast charging shortens the life of the battery, I've been told.) You do take your chances when you buy anything refurbished. I suppose this seller may have gladly exchanged my phone, but it is a tremendous hassle, so I chose not to. I did however find a new camera block to buy, for when the frustration level is high, and I'm feeling brave. (I'm a computer tech and tinkerer, and my S8 survived my battery replacement, so I'll just wait until after the return period has expired before I do it.)

The phone was perfect, exactly as described. We took it to Verizon and set it up very quickly. I was impressed with the seller as well, great communication and the item arrived in 2 days, which was a day sooner than promised.

Phone worked great for about 6 months until it got wet. All of my previous Samsung Galaxy phones have had ZERO issues with water. I had an S8 and an S9+ spend the night in about 7 feet of water on the bottom of the lake after an early am 6x6 capsize. Found both of them the following morning, both were absolutely fine and one was still playing music! So, one would assume that the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra would also be fine but it's not. The item listing said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the phone not retaining the manufacturers waterproof factory seal so you'd just assume that it hasn't been opened up. Now I've got a $350 phone that won't do anything. The majority of the phones I've owned were not waterproof and guess what? I didn't get them at and there was no issues whatsoever. Not stating that the phone is no longer waterproof is lying by omission which is false advertising.
