    • Solid phone with solid features but...subpar battery life.
The phone runs well and is my new daily driver. The phone that I'm using has a gorgeous dark blue color that rejects fingerprints. The cameras are such an upgrade over my last phone. Sometimes it takes a half-second longer than I would like to start but really takes beautiful pics and videos. The one stumbling block of the phone would be the less-than-stellar battery life. It's not a phone that can get you through an entire day without a charge. The power drain is manageable and predictable once you've had the phone for a week or so. You won't be caught off guard. It's been less than a month and the software has been shutting down apps that aren't in active use, so the battery life has improved a bit. Maybe the software is learning my usage and adjusting such. The phone is a dual sim which is great for me. I travel internationally year-round and it's great to not have to carry 2 phones to have 2 phone numbers. I'm still not sold on eSim either. At first, I was bummed about losing the headphone jack as I often want to use high-fidelity headphones that require a jack. Bluetooth is sub-par when it comes to audio quality. I was able to find a wonderful USB-c to 3.5 adapter with a charging passthrough port that doesn't cause line noise either. ... show more

    • Damaged Phone
The back of the phone cover was coming off which is as a result of the battery expanding. Had to purchase a replacement battery. Not sure if the phone itself is working as I have not been able to put it on with the battery being damaged. Very disappointing!!!

generally I don't buy samsung phones but this one I bought as it has good feature with low price. after using it a while, it works great and battery life stays around more than a day. so far performance is good, hope for future.

The delivery was late and the refurbished condition was noticeable. Scratch on the screen Kerps dropping call if making them at all. Over heats when charging wirelessly and stops charging after 40 percent. After saying that I really needed a phone at the time. Saying all that. Don't let my bad situation change your mind from using the supplier. Things happen and this was one of them Nothing is 100% in this world. I will use them at least one more time. ... show more
