    • Phone is overheating
I purchased this phone on April 4, 2021....Loved the quick and easy set up, the color, thought it was a little heavier than expected but loved the wide screen. Great for watching movies. The phone however overheats when using zoom. As you are aware we are operating even more so in an online space now, so all my meetings are held on zoom. Once I am 30 mins into the meeting I get a message saying zoom is causing the phone to overheat and it has to shut down. This has happened 4 times now. At first I thought ok maybe its a fluke, or some sort of glitch but after this morning whilst in the middle of a very important meeting I was yet again kicked out after 35mins due to overheating. There is also an issue with the finger print reader once there is a protective screen on the phone. This I expected based on previous comments from purchasers but certainly not the overheating issue, that really is causing a disruption. The battery life isn't that wonderful either. For the phone itself works fine at the beginning. It holds up battery fine. Fingerprint recognition DOES NOT seem to work well. It doesn't recognize my fingerprint that was memorized into it. The adapter that comes with the phone is not US matched so there is another outlet adapter comes within the box. One more thing is I chose to buy this phone NEW but it came as OPEN BOX. So it is not factory sealed new when it comes to me. I will discredit this from the seller who sold this to me on Amazon that did not disclose this to me as a buyer.
