I dislike bulky phones, but value decent cameras and particularly value SD cards. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy S10e international edition, but its non-removable battery was starting to overheat and last just a few hours. The S20 was the last generation of Galaxy phones to support an SD card, so I was able to transfer my 1TB micro SD to the S20 FE and be in business in minutes. Not as good as the S10e (which is smaller and lighter), but not too huge. All as expected, except for the incredibly fast shipping -- a protective case ordered on the same date from Amazon shows a delivery date a month from the order, but the phone came in 4 days (counting the week-end), which is as fast as Amazon shipping gets for Hawaii. Shipped well protected, the renewed phone looks new and matches performance tests from GMSArena and others. Recommended provenance and the phone itself is a good performe. ... show more

The phone does not charge well and keeps connecting / disconnecting even after trying to clean the port. Since it's past the 90 day window I cannot exchange or return the phone, I would completely avoid getting refurbished devices and insurance for them on top of that (costs 70$ to replace a 200$ phone... ridiculous) ... show more

I don't like this phone at all. The battery life is horrible it doesn't last at all. I have to charge it at least twice a day. I'll be returning it as soon.

I bought this phone and i loved how it looked. Charged up quick too. However, when i went to have my other phone info transferred, it couldn't be done. All the IMEI numbers were missing. I did have to return it.
