When I contacted the seller about this they went above and beyond to remedy my issue. They issued a refund for me to be able to purchase a new battery. Phone came shipped in excellent condition, generic box for the phone with charger and cable. No complaints for the price except that a fast charger could've been thrown in instead of a generic charger. Phone is a spectrum unlocked phone and had no issues with my T-Mobile Sim. Everything works well.

Good phone for the money, I've had zero issues with the phone so far zero issues connecting it with my service provider which is Metro by T-Mobile. All the functions of the phone seem to be working flawlessly there was nothing wrong with the phone at all no marks no scratches that I seen. Pretty quick delivery even though it's not on prime I'm pretty sure it got to me before the date that showed when I made the purchase that it would be delivered. Overall for Samsung s20 FG phone it's a pretty decent phone for at the $200 price point I don't think you can go wrong. My only complaint is the speaker quality on Samsung phones it seems as though over the years they're not that great and Samsung hasn't improved them at all. ... show more

The phone was great for the condition I bought it in, however I found out only a few days after the purchase that the button for my power control was busted and loose. I've learned that this is a manufacturing error and with a case it quickly becomes a none issue. I do wish that was presented up front when making my purchase decision but oh well, can't win everything ... show more
