    • Great phone! Worth the purchase
I did a lot of research before buying a new phone, and ultimately I decided on this one. It's an upgrade from a Galaxy S8. So far, I love it. It works like brand new and I haven't had any issues with it. My phone service (Straight Talk) worked right after putting the sim card in. I also bought a headphone jack adapter so I can still use my wired headphones. The battery is alright - I charge mine once a day. Phone works great and the screen is amazing (Samsung screens look so nice and vibrant). I'd recommend getting a screen protector, because chips and scratches are bound to happen and that's the last thing anyone wants. My screen protector already has a chip on it. Also, pictures look so good on this phone. I'm impressed by the camera, because it's certainly better than an S8 and any phone I've owned before it. I took a picture of a flower and it went so far as to capture the little hairs on the stems. It seriously looks amazing. There's even better phone cameras out there, but for double the price, and the S20+ is a pretty solid choice. If you need to upgrade your phone and don't want to pay a steep price for the newest models, this is the one to go with. ... show more

I got mine, and it came as brand new condition.... really. I deal with boost mobile, Called them with my bros phone, and their cust. service needs improving. Got frustrated with them and went on line to set up the phone and ended up chatting with a rep, and that way and it went right through. Much better than the Samsung a23 that I dropped in the water.... gonner!!! Camera is great, the signal goes through great, everything just works. ... show more

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. The 1st picture shows screen burn of the home button and the second shows the "For You" section of TikTok. EDIT: upon viewing after posting, Amazon compressed the image so it's almost invisible. It is much more viewable irl, you have to open the picture and zoom in due to the compression. I am sick and tired of these companies selling renewed products that don't meet standards of a usable phone. They have lax standards for their products to fatten their bottom line, gambling that customers who buy a new phone will be in urgent need of one and unable to return it. Disgusting business practice. If you are looking for a renewed phone, do not buy from this seller. I ordered one at random and received a product I will have to return because it's cosmetically unusable, if you order one you will likely receive a bad one as well. Please do not put yourself through this hastle and give this company your money, they have no quality control seeing as this would have been easily noticed if someone looked at it or cared. My time has been wasted and they get an interest free loan from me while I'm waiting for it to ship back. ... show more

If I didn't know it was renewed I would have thought it was brand spanking new there is absolutely nothing wrong with it it's up to speed I get good internet I get good Wi-Fi connection the screen is so clean. For the price I got it for I couldn't be more happy
