I did a lot of research before buying a new phone, and ultimately I decided on this one. It's an upgrade from a Galaxy S8. So far, I love it. It works like brand new and I haven't had any issues with it. My phone service (Straight Talk) worked right after putting the sim card in. I also bought a headphone jack adapter so I can still use my wired headphones. The battery is alright - I charge mine once a day. Phone works great and the screen is amazing (Samsung screens look so nice and vibrant). I'd recommend getting a screen protector, because chips and scratches are bound to happen and that's the last thing anyone wants. My screen protector already has a chip on it. Also, pictures look so good on this phone. I'm impressed by the camera, because it's certainly better than an S8 and any phone I've owned before it. I took a picture of a flower and it went so far as to capture the little hairs on the stems. It seriously looks amazing. There's even better phone cameras out there, but for double the price, and the S20+ is a pretty solid choice. If you need to upgrade your phone and don't want to pay a steep price for the newest models, this is the one to go with. ... show more

Phone works good overall and came in a very good condition. The charger is the only issue as it is not the original so it takes 10+ hours to charge the phone fully. You'd have to buy an original charger to go with this and you're good to go.

I loved this phone while I had it I was supposed to originally get a Samsung Galaxy s20 plus plus 5G And got sent this and no matter how many times I talked to the seller to explain it to him they already kept saying yes this is the phone you asked for when the phone I wanted had a 4.7 in screen.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. The 1st picture shows screen burn of the home button and the second shows the "For You" section of TikTok. EDIT: upon viewing after posting, Amazon compressed the image so it's almost invisible. It is much more viewable irl, you have to open the picture and zoom in due to the compression. I am sick and tired of these companies selling renewed products that don't meet standards of a usable phone. They have lax standards for their products to fatten their bottom line, gambling that customers who buy a new phone will be in urgent need of one and unable to return it. Disgusting business practice. If you are looking for a renewed phone, do not buy from this seller. I ordered one at random and received a product I will have to return because it's cosmetically unusable, if you order one you will likely receive a bad one as well. Please do not put yourself through this hastle and give this company your money, they have no quality control seeing as this would have been easily noticed if someone looked at it or cared. My time has been wasted and they get an interest free loan from me while I'm waiting for it to ship back. ... show more

Well I was scared at first because some of the reviews but it worked out great for me.. I ordered my 4 kids and my husband one and they all look and work great!!!! Its only been about a month will update if anything happens but so far so good!!!

After 3 days of owning phone. Phone is very fast and responsive. Excellent processor. Sim card worked no problems. Also transfered sd card sucessfully. Everything else was moved from old phone with no problems. Camera is very good. The fingerprint recognition is a little iffy sometimes but there are other options. With 128gb ram I've added many apps and still have room! This is my first Samsung S series and it rocks. ... show more

    • Renew it yourself
This is the second "renewed" S20+ I have bought on Amazon in about a month. I had no issues with the first one. I'm not sure who the seller was on that one, but this one was not so good. The phone arrived with 0% charge and would not turn on until it had been on the charger for about an hour. Then I kept noticing error messages about slow charging. Check if it is plugged in fully or the cord in good condition. I made sure it was plugged in fully. I tried several different chargers, no error messages on other devices.... Finally, when I was going to process it as a return, Amazon had a video about cleaning the charging port with a Q-tip. Oh, the filth! Someone should have cleaned that when they "renewed" the phone, but they were skipping steps. They also skipped the full reset. I had to do that myself too. So, what all was included in "renewed"? They did a good job of cleaning the screen and putting it in a box. I know people who buy used phones through other avenues and have gotten stuck with phones that are locked up for unpaid bills or other problems. I am confident on Amazon that I will not get stuck like that, even if a phone was not fully "renewed". I would add that neither phone came with a key for the sim card tray. That would have been very helpful. I have chargers and can get one anywhere, but those keys are not everywhere. I can use a paperclip, but it is difficult. ... show more
