I did a lot of research before buying a new phone, and ultimately I decided on this one. It's an upgrade from a Galaxy S8. So far, I love it. It works like brand new and I haven't had any issues with it. My phone service (Straight Talk) worked right after putting the sim card in. I also bought a headphone jack adapter so I can still use my wired headphones. The battery is alright - I charge mine once a day. Phone works great and the screen is amazing (Samsung screens look so nice and vibrant). I'd recommend getting a screen protector, because chips and scratches are bound to happen and that's the last thing anyone wants. My screen protector already has a chip on it. Also, pictures look so good on this phone. I'm impressed by the camera, because it's certainly better than an S8 and any phone I've owned before it. I took a picture of a flower and it went so far as to capture the little hairs on the stems. It seriously looks amazing. There's even better phone cameras out there, but for double the price, and the S20+ is a pretty solid choice. If you need to upgrade your phone and don't want to pay a steep price for the newest models, this is the one to go with. ... show more

The phone is great . Fantastic pictures ( what I was looking for ) the reason for 4 stars is battery life . If you stream music and text ( use your phone ) the battery will not even last 12 hours

Bought this phone for my dad late November 2023 and it arrived in December 2023. A year later it started developing lines in the screen. The seller wouldn’t do anything. Now I’ve literally had to get a new phone. Note this has a solid case that I purchased as so is fully intact, the screen simply started to give out of nowhere. See photos. First one is from November 2024 exactly a year later, second photo is from January. I don’t recommend. You will waste your money then get no support. ... show more

If I didn't know it was renewed I would have thought it was brand spanking new there is absolutely nothing wrong with it it's up to speed I get good internet I get good Wi-Fi connection the screen is so clean. For the price I got it for I couldn't be more happy
