Samsung screwed up when they discontinued microSD enhanced storage on the Galaxy line. The S20 is the last in the series to have the ability to expand with a card you can remove if the phone goes dead. The S20 is the first Galaxy to include 5G capability, which means it now is highly sought-after for the best of both worlds: better storage and faster service. Make sure you avoid the "Verizon" version of the S20, however, since it does NOT include the ability to use a removeable microSD card. ... show more

    • DON'T BUY from INFITEK!
This cell phone is DEFECTIVE and is NOT UNLOCKED! I bought this phone for my mother to use overseas, and it turns out it's LOCKED! (It's also damaged as it has a small flickering light on the home screen). I tried to reach out to the seller through Amazon because this Samsung S 20 phone from INFITEK is locked through Verizon! Verizon told me the phone is still under someone's name and they can't unlock it, and that it was the seller's job to verify the phone is unlocked before putting it on the market. True. Then I reached out to the seller, and after many attempts on the Amazon chat, they finally replied and told me that was not their phone. What??? Then he attempted to rectify this by offering to sell me a new Samsung S22 at a discounted price to make up for the inconvenience. Inconvenience? It's been a hassle and a headache, not to mention expensive because now I have to pay an international return fee!!! When I tried to contact him again, he ignored my phone calls and texts. I must mention the new purchase would have been through PayPal, which is safe, but I didn't feel safe purchasing another phone from this seller and you shouldn't either.     • I love the phone even though it has some quarks
I've had to reboot a fewl times because of talk to text not working. But when it does work it's better than my previous Galaxy. Less errors. The thing that bugs me is that it repeats phrases unnecessarily or without warning. You have to check before you send and fix the errors. That irritates me. The more I use this phone the less impressed I can. There are many things that don't work correctly that I know are not design errors but something's wrong with the phone. I asked for a refund actually I want a replacement but they are requiringthat I send the phone to them before I can get a replacement. that's crazy! how could I possibly live without the phone While this swap is in process. Yeah so for nearly $600 I have to limp along with a phone that doesn't work the way it was designed. I hope someone from the seller/customer service reaches out to me and figures out a solution to this. I am very disappointed. ... show more

I was very hesitant at first with buying this phone because I was unfamiliar with unlocked phones and I have always bought phones directly from my service provider. what if it wouldn't work with my service provider? what if the battery didn't hold a charge? do I really want to spend this amount of money on a device I'm unsure of? well it was the best decision I've made while buying a new phone. the phone was very easy to connect to t mobile, in my experience. the battery and the phone are obviously brand new and in perfect condition. the charge last longer then any other phone I have owned. the best part is the responsiveness. it responds so fast! definitely worth buying! ... show more

It doesn't come with a visual voicemail app. I have talked to many techs, Samsung and Verizon, and it seems to be a hardware or firmware problem. Would not buy again.

I'm a mechanic so I always have dirty hands so fingerprint scanner isn't for me but phone is great fast with good hunk of ram plus lots a storage. Camera is fantastic with crazy zoom it has good speakers for playing music compared to my old phone over all I'm impressed. In the question and answers someone said it was t-mobile software but this isn't the case for the one I got its fully unlocked and brand new.
