I love Samsung Galaxy phones. I love that it is a small phone like my last Galaxy before they upsized everything. This fits in my pocket and in my purse. Cannot buy this in the store because they want you to pay 899 for a Samsung Galaxy 23. This has slightly less memory but is a fantastic phone for just under $200.     • No actually unlocked from ATT. ATT won't unlock. 3rd parties cannot unlock it.
Wow, so this is not actually unlocked. ATT will not unlock it, and says to use a 3rd party, who wants $70 to unlock it. This is completely false advertising saying that the phone is unlocked, when it is locked to ATT and they won't unlock it without having to go to a third party and pay a lot more money. Also, the S10e is filled with bloatware. The Samsung Bixby is ridiculous. It makes you make a Samsung account to be able to switch the button to not open Bixby. Using bxactions third party app, you can set the button to open the camera, but it still opens the Bixby login screen and makes a noise. I just removed the button from the protective case to make it harder to hit. Stupid programs that you cannot uninstall all over the thing. Like CNN, whatever a Bleacher Report is, Facebook, and other stuff I would never ever use, yet cannot uninstall. It is just stupid. Took forever to configure the phone to be basically usable and not opening junk programs left and right. And this morning, at 05:43, the phone notification went off, letting me know it had compiled a list of programs to put into deep sleep. Note: I bought this phone because I needed the USB-C for using a FLIR IR camera. I kept using my old phone since it was already set up. Now two years later, my old phone died, and I tried putting my Tracfone SIM in this one. Only to find out that it is actually not unlocked after all. Very disappointing. Might have to just buy a new phone and throw this one out. Updated: Yup, not unlocked. No company has been able to unlock the phone. So this is a completely useless piece of junk, a waste of time, and VERY MUCH FALSE ADVERTISING. ... show more

I am very happy with this phone this far - I will possibly update again in the future. Battery Life: As other reviews mention the battery life, I thought it was good to mention that this phone's battery isn't as big as the battery of phones that came out recently. For example, I think its battery is ~40% smaller than Samsung A53, and 25% smaller than Samsung S21. So I don't think that the "reduced" battery life is an indicator that this phone is not New. Screen: I also don't think the curved edges of the screen are very practical in terms of finding glass screen protectors. But the phone does come with a pre-installed film screen protector which you may want to replace. ... show more

The Galaxy S10e IMO is the perfect size for a smart phone. If you need a bigger screen you need to get a tablet, laptop or a desktop. As a minimalist I hate to have to carry brick everywhere I go.

My phone was new in box with charging cord, no charger. Registered with Samsung account and it has 1 year factory warranty. So it is new and not a refurb. Mine starts with ATT logo but my old sim card from my network (Viaero) worked fine. Big improvement from old J3, great camera and screen. Battery life for me is fine. ... show more
