De envío a México llegó antes de lo esperado. Es un poco más pequeño de lo que esperaba pero te acostumbras. Tengo entendido q hay varios tipos de calidad, así q enteré más bajo mires te llegará con defectos. Si eliges la condición excelente fácil es un teléfono nuevo, obtuve un 91% de vida en la batería. Tengan en cuenta que al ser un teléfono potente el drenaje de la batería es medio alto aunque el tamaño de la pantalla lo compensa, así gasta menos. Recomiendo q quiten todo en segundo plano excepto aplicaciones q ocupen, para eso hay una opción en ajustes de batería. Al hacer eso el drenaje de batería se reduce considerablemente y más si usas ahorro de energía (Si utilizas ahorro de energía no notarás un cambio en la potencia). Todos se quejan de que carga lento con el cargador genérico, en ajustes de batería hay una opción que relantiza la carga desactivenla la opción es "carga rápida" hagan pruebas si no me creen, ese modo hace lenta la carga y les manda el aviso de precaución. Es buen teléfono mide casi una pulgada menos que una pantalla de 6,5". Esta bien equilibrado el peso, aunque no noto una diferencia en que tenga cristal ._. creo solo es marketing (el cristal siempre está frío). La cámara tiene un POV muy amplio así que si tienes manos grandes probablemente puedas tapar una parte de la imagen, no noto un cambio grande en la cámara, es normal pero en ciertos puntos sobresale de otras. Pero lo que si me gustó es la grabación de video. Los micrófonos y el audio del Celular me encantaron, por eso si valió la pena (el audio es el que más me gustó). La pantalla no es una diferencia muy grande o algo que resalte demasiado simplemente es otra pantalla Amoled. Pero resbala bien al estar usando la pantalla. De la batería ya hablé jajaj, quita las cosas en segundo plano y usa ahorro de energia. Con eso la duración es excelente, más de 7 u 8 hrs de uso normal o moderado, hasta podría decir q intenso. Igual, existe la opción de jugar conectado si tanto les molesta la duración ._. Esta es una opinión para aclarar dudas si es que creen q llegan muy usados, la respuesta es no, depende la condicion q eligan ustedes es mi primera vez usando Amazon renewed y creo para los demás es igual. Espero les sirva, y si, si es liberado jajajaj.

This is a "renewed" Samsung S10e, I've always loved Samsung phones and this one did no disappoint. Bought this as a secondary phone for travel to Asia along with my Flip4. The only disappointment is the charging block and cable that cam with phone is not Samsung and is defective, hard to insert and have to wiggle to get connection. I know the cord and block are defective because using my other old block and cords and it worked seamlessly! I have contacted seller for a new block and cord, waiting to see if they respond... love the phone though.

Boots up fast after turning it completely off or restarting. Has lots of space, runs games exceedingly well. The face recognition isn't bad just needs decent lighting and the fingerprint reader is in a strange area. The only real downside is the battery life, but I couldn't blame the seller. For me it could last about a day, but if I game it only last a few hours. Overall it's a good phone for the price.

Upgraded my review to 5 Star - This is an edit to my original review. After contacting the seller requesting a partial refund for my concerns which are listed below, they immediately issued a refund for more than the amount I requested. My original 4 star review as follows: 5 STAR - Received - Exactly what was advertised (Samsung Galaxy S10e - Verizon) in excellent condition - looks brand new, no scratches anywhere and so far seems to work 100% the way it should. BUT... Minor complaint - The only thing I could find fault with would be the included really lame slow 5V 1A charger, and the cable is also lame and will not "Fast Charge" using my existing OEM chargers. I have plenty of chargers so I don't really care. 3 STAR - I also ordered a second phone seperately from the same seller which came with a Multi voltage 5V 3A, 9V 2A, 12V 1.5A (that's nice). BUT... Unfortunately that phone was not quite in the "excellent" condition as listed (it had a very visible scratch and some additional minor scratches on the back. It also had a few hairline scratches on the screen which are only visible with the screen off and at certain light angles). AND... It was supposed to be an "Unlocked" version without all the carrier bloatware - but in fact is also a Verizon version with all their useless bloat. So it's kind of a toss up on these - one EXCELLENT as advertised, and one (NOT really) excellent. Additional Edit: Based on the customer service I received - I would highly recommend PDI Mobile as a seller, they were both amazingly quick and fair in their response.
