    • Great phone, weak battery
I Love this phone, and have used it for over a year! I've have now replaced it with the s23 fe, but in my time using the s10e if was very good! A very smooth and good working phone that is nice and comfortable in the hand. Only down side is the battery dies VERY fast.

Love this phone. It's durable and efficient and simple to operate. It's also more affordable than most phones. I just pulled it out from under the wheel of a huge truck, upside down and lit in a parking lot where it was lost. It wasn't broken or even cracked. The protection film on top was the only thing damaged. It does not survive a good dunking in the toilet however. ... show more

It worked well for two months. Then it got stuck in a reset loop. Now it only turns on if it is plugged in. Probably a bad battery or something. No help from the 'third party seller' even though it said it was from the 'Samsung store'. Shady product and seller.
