Happy that it's OEM unlockable, I like the color. The phone shipped way faster than expected. Psyched about that. This company has been good to work with so far no complaints there. Not really sure why these Samsungs sell for such ridiculous money though. This isn't anything against this company it's the market on these Samsungs in general. A 3 + year old phone, that doesn't work with all of the carriers! Works with any GSM but no CDMA so half the bands for a Quarter more on the price just because the boot loader is unlockable is ridiculous. Realistically it's about a $90 to a $120 dollar phone if in mint condition. Again nothing against this company they are selling this phone for cheaper than a lot of people. Some of these companies have major delusions of grandeur with these phones though! I put out specs that I needed and had some of them contacting me. I laughed so hard at the prices, Was like you are so fng high, I have no intention on ever paying that. Anyway I am happy with this, looks good works good, and it is as Advertised! Very important with these Samsungs. Remember Snapdraggon equals Garbage! This phone does NOT have a Snapdraggon processor! It's a Good phone! ... show more

Seems like the Exynos version has a battery and performance issues as compared to Snapdragon version. It gets very hot even on mild tasks. Battery could be better.

This is one of the very few high-end phones that does not feel like a shrunken tablet, but like a real phone.... (It's a real shame that the S11 no longer comes in that form factor.) The screen looks better than that of the "full-size" cousins in the S10 line (density is higher), it fits my hand just so, and is easily stuck in my jeans' side pocket -- no need for a cumbersome phone holder on my belt. The main camera and landscape camera are both excellent, work well in bright exposure situations (although you should use "pro" mode, as the automatic calibrations are somewhat dubious). Signal capture is very good (crucial for me, as I live in Hawaii, where coverage is quite poor), wifi performance is great, and battery life is decent (lasts all day, even under fairly heavy use, including video-heavy ones). As many reviewers have noted, it may get fairly warm under heavy loads, but it's never uncomfortable. Since this is the international, Exynos-powered version, it has an unlocked bootloader, meaning that you can get rid of Bixby (the one thing on Samsung phone that everyone hates) and get improved performance by installing the Lineage software or a custom ROM. (I'd use a pure Android phone if I could find any of this quality level that also supported -- unlike Pixel phones -- removable storage.) Finally, while it is still overpriced (as are all so-called flagship phones), it's still less than half the price of the largest version in the family. ... show more

The product was great and new on arrival. Unrelated but worked fine till return policy ended. Different than US carrier phone: doesn't get same net coverage. Hotspot is slow. My carrier has great HS service. Some fav. Apps not working the same. Has pre-loaded apps and can't remove. Not dual SIM!

I haven't owned a Samsung in years been on that huawei hype train for some time now. With all the drama going on a came back to Samsung. This device has everything I could of asked for in a cell phone. Extra memory slot dual speakers , headphone jack and a small screen. The device runs super fast and I'm able to use Samsung pay. I purchased the international version and got the US charger with mine and a free case. Saved a few hundred and it works perfectly fine with my t-mobile service. I highly recommend this phone, I wanted to hate it.... I love it ... show more
