great phone, my favorite of all time. i love that i can add whatever i want without having to worry about space. the 1TB of storage ensures that i never have to rely on internet to listen to my music, watch downloaded movies or shows, etc. if you happen to order one from this specific seller, however, be advised that they sent me a phone advertised as unlocked and free for all carriers, but when i installed the sim card i got a network lock message. their customer service was friendly and diligent about following up which i appreciate but he fed me a bunch of stuff that didn't add up about the phone being unlocked but i had to get a "blank sim card" from verizon to download their firmware which would supposedly unlock the phone and allow my actual sim card to work. verizon didn't know what i was talking about when i brought that up, needless to say, and they advised me to enter the IMEI number into a major carrier's website under their "bring your own phone" policy on their website to see if i could get the unlock code that way. that did end up working, i had to get an unlock code from at&t. it all worked out in the end and i will be using this phone, but it's pretty obvious that this company is buying second hand phones from trade in stock and then selling them as unlocked. free from the initial contract does not mean unlocked. unlocked means unlocked. either do the leg work to actually unlock these phones, gentlemen, or change your advert headline. for those interested, you will get a great, as new, working phone. you may just have to jump thru one or two more hoops to get it there. ... show more

I love this phone. I love how it has so much memory that I have 4k+ songs and it took like 30 GB which is great and the battery life is actually great. When on calling someone it makes a dot flash (right corner), I guess it is some sort sensor connection. The Wireless Powershare is not very effective since my phone is in case and Mobile Hotspot is very great tool but I use it according to my Phone Data Plan (2gb max for wifi per 30 days). Music Share is a great tool as well. Link to Windows is great tool as well. I love how this phone came automatically with a screen protector that has not peel off itself at all . This phone is very great and I recommend people buying it at a sale price (not at $1600). I brought this phone on February 18th and it has been about 3 months since I had it. I will review again in about 5 years of having it. I am hoping to keep this phone working for a lifetime. The phone has perfect cameras too as well. ... show more

I purchased this approx. 2 weeks ago to replace my old galaxy 7, for better storage and picture taking capabilities.. Delivered speedily as promised. I was excited to have found a deal like this for this phone with 1TB of storage. Arrived well packaged, everything looked great, cable and charger included, but no instructional booklet. Odd I found. I began by setting it up. Start up screen showed Verizon. I did a double take. It was advertised and sold as unlocked! One of the biggest reasons I bought it. I transferred my old phones stuff via switch. All good. Internet on wifi..all good. Then it started. I transferred the sim card from my old phone to the new one (I have a Samsung galaxy 7). No go! No error messages, nothing...it just would not work. I could not make phone calls or text message. So I thought, maybe the simcard? After emptying the cache and trying to reset it, I called straight talk...who for $0.99 send me a "Verizon phone compatible" sim card. Maybe that would do the trick! It arrived, I installed, nothing. I spend hours on the phone with straight talk to trouble shoot, phone off, reset, trying to make a call...nothing! Everything on their end showed as fine. I drove out of the area. I received a couple of texts and was able to make a phone call (Hoorah?!?!)...for about 10 minutes service. Then..nothing. Not even the 4G showed. So I ended up being without Cell service or phone capability (the mobile option did not work either!) for the whole weekend away from home. I came back and emailed the company. They got back to me promptly trying to figure things out as well...offering re fund, exchange or other solution. Kudos to customer service for that! After spending a long time..along with my son, trying to figure out what on earth could make this phone so angry with me.... which included every possible trouble shooting and resetting step you could possibly imagine. I have finally decided to send it back and just get a refund. This was not supposed to be this hard. Sim in...ready to go...sim card was compatible as straight talk assured me after checking what kind of phone I was using it with. The one star is for customer service only which was answering promptly when I emailed them. Still without a new phone and sad in VT.....I now know more about trouble shooting the s10 plus than I ever thought I need or want to know...and still did not get it to work. This Samsung S10+ works great. 1TB internal memory. Has one little cosmetic ding by SIM insert area. With otterbox case you can't tell. Paid way less than $300. Crazy great deal.

This phone is amazing. The camera is fantastic, shooting pictures and videos is a breeze, and the quality is great. The fingerprint reader is fast, and sensitive enough to work even when there are small obstructions (dust & debris from my workplace, for instance.) The sound quality from both speakers is great, both in volume and clarity, I love how loud this phone can get, when I feel like blasting my music! The processor is fast, I can run multiple high-CPU-taxing games simultaneously with little to no lag or disconnections. If you're considering buying this phone, DO IT. ... show more

1T memory, works perfectly. I use US Mobile service. This phone supports all the functions, such as MMS,Pictures. Do not need any settings change. I had experience of using some other phone, they need complexity settings for MMS, Pictures and Voice send functions.
