    • Easy set up and transfer of data
I was a little skeptical about buying a renewed phone however, rather than pay way too much for a new phone and go through the hassle of getting to a phone store and listening to a sales person, I decided to I would gamble the small purchase price this phone cost. I received the phone quickly, opened the plain white box that it arrived in and got the instructions . I followed them step by step and within 30 minutes had it up and operating and my old phone out of service. I have been using it several months now and very happy with the performance. I had read that the battery life was a bit of a problem with this model and yes, it does have a rather short life between charges however not anything severe. I don't use all the features of cell phones, so I didn't need the best doing what I do. My old Galaxy S9 was on it's last leg, so I wanted to upgrade to something I'd be familiar with. Gorgeous phone but stopped working after a few days. My Sim card is good. Says unlocked but network locked and I can not use the phone. Took it to the store. Phone was locked and I wasn't able to use it
