After 5 months, the diagnostic said it had a weak battery. The phone glitches, but I was willing to deal with that not to have to go through the hassle of the return process and going without a phone. Now with this new issue, the return window is expired. Update: Everything works ok this one so far but the battery life is terrible on these devices. When they refurbish the phones i don't believe they change the batteries. It is annoying to be charging so regularly. I thought that my bluthooth Connections to my airbud was causing the battery to run down quickly but even when i turn the bluthooth off the battery life runs down very quickly. That is the Frustrating part because that is one of the reasons for me upgrading fr my old Samsung. I am disappointed about that part because this is my second purchase and it would be Frustrating to return this one as well. I may just have to purchase a new device instead of the refurbished one. This is my second purchase. I had bought one a week ago and was experiencing issues with fingerprint and playing audio. I am in the process of returning it. This new one i bought has been pretty good so far. My thrid day of using it so i hope it will continue to do well. ... show more

    • SIM stopped working after a few months
I had the phone for 4 months! Received in the beginning of March, all was fine and then all of a sudden it stopped reading my SIM card, I took it to mobile to try and get an eSIM and still it wasn't reading it! I had to get a brand new phone which was super inconvenient. I wouldn't recommend getting this phone if you 100% need a SIM card for everything (the phone is great for art though) ... show more
