No words can fully describe how happy I am with this phone! Initially, I was super apprehensive about purchasing a new phone this way, but I am very happy that I took a chance. Besides, the seller's solid return policy makes it hard not to take a chance. As far as the product itself, man, this phone is practically brand new! This is an absolutely beautiful and full-featured phone. It comes with amazing biometrics and 5G capability so it's a total win-win! On top of that, no person will be able to tell the difference between this phone and a brand new phone! I have been a loyal Apple customer for years, but I've been looking to get out from under their thumb for some time because of the planned obsolescence stranglehold that they have on their customers. Apple's corporate greed now places business and money before customers and I needed to get away from this kind of relationship. I already own a top of the line Samsung tablet and a new Samsung phone was the next logical step for me. However, in order for me to be truly happy and satisfied, this was the phone for me to make the move with.....Did I say how happy I am with this phone? This is simply an amazing phone which I completely recommend, however, I also cannot recommend the seller enough! This seller stands behind their product and their return policy is rock solid so you just can't lose! And, on top of all that, I received my phone at least five days earlier than expected! How awesome is that? By the way, I really didn't understand what this whole "locked" vs "unlocked" thing really meant, but I've been with Verizon for about 20-years, and not going anywhere else, so it didnt make a difference for me. In fact, this phone ended up being perfect for me.......I am just recommending that you understand what this means before you buy. On a final side note, apparently, it is common for this phone's mobile data to be really bad when you first turn it on (this happened to me, but it is really not a problem). Mine was at around one bar and I could not text or make calls. I went online to find answers and found that this is a common problem, but it does have a simple solution..... Once you've transferred your Verizon service to your new phone, all you need to do is reboot the phone and this will fix the problem immediately. There is a YouTube video that shows you how to do this step-by-step. Once I rebooted my new phone, I was at full bars and the "4G" symbol popped-up immediately - I believe the 5G symbol pops-up when you're in the 5G areas. Okay, I don't think I can say anything else great about this phone and seller.....Happy phone hunting! ... show more

I bought a this renewed note 10 + it did say in the description there might be scuff marks. I am happy to say the screen and glass on the back are new. The mettle on the top, bottom, and sides is scuffed up. That is the only way you can tell it is a used phone. It works great battery seems good so far. S-pen works great. The only annoying thing is all the updates you have to do. Because this is a year old phone that was brought back to factory settings you have to do a years worth of updates. Other than that I am happy with the phone. I have bought many refurbished electronics in the past and have had great luck with them. I hope this phone lasts many years. * UP-DATE re-newed is a scam. So my "re-newed" phone came with a protective glass over the screen. It came with a note that said I should not remove it. Well I thought oh how nice they gave me a screen protector. Well as I was putting on the case the screen protector cracked. I thought oh well and took it off. ONLY to find out that the screen protector was covering up a CRACKED SCREEN!!!!! I was so mad. The description said the phone would be like new but would have some scuff marks. Needless to say looks like these "re-newed" phones from Amazon are scams. I will NEVER buy a re-newed product. I am so pissed and returned the phone I better get my money back! ... show more

    • Amazing and fast phone, but think twice about purchasing this JUST for the 5G coverage.

The phone arrived in like-new condition! This was a cautionary purchase for me because I've never considered purchasing a phone through a 3rd party before, I usually just bought it straight from the carrier itself. But my concerns were relieved upon receiving this phone! The phone was visually flawless, screen was perfect, and was the exact model as advertised. The phone is lightning fast and the battery life has been incredible thus far, and that's even after adding a bunch of apps I normally use. There a lot of cool features using the S Pen and multitasking. My only major issue is with the fingerprint reader. I want to note I am using a special screen protector with this (one that includes a special fingerprint spot), so you may not run into this if you don't use a protector. But the fingerprint scanner frequently fails in this setup, so it may not be a good security solution for you if you run a similar setup. This particular phone did NOT come with a SIM card, and it's pre-programed for Verizon as advertised. If you are upgrading from 4G to 5G, you will need to contact Verizon to get an upgraded SIM card either mailed to you or you can go to a Verizon center to pick one up. If not, you will still need to contact them to switch the SIM cards from your old phone to your new one. It's a fairly quick process either way. I will say that even though I have upgraded to a 5G SIM card, my phone is still only receiving a 4G LTE signal in my area. Verizon states that this phone is NOT 5G Nationwide compatible, which means this phone will not connect to the mainstream 5G signal that currently exists, but rather depends on the higher band 5G UW that is not yet as accessible. I loved the phone, unfortunately it lasted a few months before Samsung no longer provided updates, rendering it useless. So I spent $300 to use a phone for a few months.
