I really don't know what more to say, other than this is still the best Note that Samsung ever made and it's 2023. Samsung has removed so many things from the new note series (Galaxy S Ultra Models) that it's ridiculous. They removed the headphone jack, LED notifications, iris scanner and many other useful features. The only negative about this model is the ugly horizontal camera module. This began with the Note 8. It looked like they were headed in the right direction with the S9 plus which featured a vertical camera module, but they went and screwed it up again by placing horizontal camera modules on the S10 models. At least with the Note 10 series, they went back to the vertical camera module. Anyway, I digress, and this is the best note they ever made. ... show more

This was a good buy, it works in Jamaica 🇯🇲 came brand new, came in the correct color. Phone quality is great. It connects to the wifi, came in good condition. Don't know the scratch resistance as yet, Will update.

I bought this "brand new" phone to replace my old note 9 and the longer I have the phone the more I realize this is definitely not new. The touch screen hardly works, half the features the note 9 should have this lacks, the pen doesn't work. And to top it all off the seller is no longer available so even if I was still within the return period I can't reach out. This phone feels like an absolute scam. ... show more

Item arrived 2 days earlier than projected Amazon delivery date. Phone was in new packaging, included expected accessories. I specifically ordered the Verizon, unlocked version. During setup, I discovered it was the Sprint version. It had a Sprint SIM card in it. I replaced it with my old cell phone Verizon SIM and finished setup with no problems. Phone came in near new condition (irrelevant scratch on one corner), fully unlocked (insert any sim and it will configure automatically). The battery is in medium condition (can just get 1 day out of it with light use) as you would expect with 3 year old battery, so I ordered a new replacement battery for $13 on Amazon, and now have a great handset for low cost. ... show more
