As a forestatement: Phone came in however it was missing the S Pen, I contacted them about it and they replied WITHIN MINUTES, and over nighted the S Pen immediately just a few moments later. This company stands behind their product and that's what truly matters. I'll be aiming to get any future phones, whenever that may be from HybridIT. Wonderful customer service, wonderful work ethic, wonderful diligence. As for the phone itself, a piece of art. the infinity screen is amazing. The edge screen, a new feature for me as the newest phone I've had before this was the Galaxy Note 5, had me a bit nervous in fear that I wouldn't like it. I do. The features it provides are great and the difference in dexterity is nonexistent. The camera is phenomenal, the flashlight does have the multi-magnitude ability, the fingerprint scanner I wish was still on the front, however I can live with the change. The only bad thing I can think of about this device is that the fingerprint scanner is on the back, When the scanner was on the front you could use your finger to unlock it while your phone lay on a flat surface, which is no longer doable unless you type in the password. But that's such a minimal change and it's impressive that this is the worst thing I can think of about this phone. All in all, I highly recommend getting the Galaxy Note 8, and I recommend even more getting it from HybridIT, you can't even tell the phone is refurbished; it looks and acts brand new. ... show more

Brand spanking new unlocked phone with no scratches, marks or anything. Works perfectly on T-Mobile network. I just insert my SIM, went through the setup steps, let the phone install updates and enjoy! Battery life is great and the phone is very responsive. A giant leep forward from my super sorry LG Stylo 4 (I hated that slow phone with a passion). You can't go wrong with this Samsung Galaxy Note 8 from this seller. This phone is awesome. It had no scratches or cracks. The battery life thus far is awesome. It functions like new. This is my second one I've bought, the first being for my husband. His phone looked new as well, has a great battery life and functions very well. Definitely recommend taking a chance on this phone. I took two chances and was blessed both times with awesome phones. UPDATE!! Here I am a little over a year later. I had to order another phone because I cracked mine up something serious. This is my third time ordering this phone and it works awesomely. I bought an S8 through amazon with their "renew" program, and it was like brand new. I didn't like it because it was too small for my bigger hands and amazon took back the phone, the case and even the unused screen protectors no problem. I bought the note 8 through them with the renew and bought the same case and it literally looks like it is brand new. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the charger they sent with it doesn't fast charge, but even still this is a pretty darn good value. ... show more

JUST WOW! AWSOME!!! I had been waiting for the Note 8 to drop in price & it finally got down to a price I felt was best. I contacted the Seller: Spartan Tech before purchasing, I was contacted promptly & my questions were answered. I bought a Renewed & Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (O. Grey) N950U . the phone arrived in a single closed box w/ bubble wrap inside protecting the phone! I got a generic USB -Micro cord, USB-C adapter & power block + a cord keeper too! I immediately inspected the Note 8 & I am extremely elated over the condition; NO visible scratches on the Front display screen, rear glass back, Camera glass & display screen only has 1 micro 'nick' on the bottom side & not visible when the screen is on & you cannot feel it. The top & side of the bezel only has 1 tiny minor scratch and only a few at the charge port area! The Note 8 came with a SAMSUNG S Pen ; not a generic pen! Of course the true test was the software. I turned on the Note 8, connected to my 5G Wi-Fi and downloaded all the Security patches, Oreo updates and Samsung Updates in 30 min. I then completed the full diagnostic test of all the functions, screen, speaker, mic, etc... and then tested the Qualcomm Chip performance. IMEI cleared background checks, ALL PASSED with EXCELLENT results!! . Finally, the true test that matters : the SIM. After inserting my SIM, the Note 8 prompted for a re-start and my AT&T service + all the AT&T 'Apps" were functioning without any issues . ( DIRECT TV on the Note 8 is amazing) I used Smart Switch to x-ferr all info and immediately started using my NOTE 8. I have fine tuned settings and tested the Phone Call quality, Data, VM, WiFi Calling, Bluetooth, S-Pen, etc... ALL IS WORKING & OREO 8 is very fast. I have been using the Note 8 for 72 hours and this phone is BLAZING fast once all the settings have been optimized! ... show more

I received my phone yesterday and quickly realized the S Pen was a random piece of plastic with Samsung's logo on it as soon as I touched it. Not only did the pen come broken (the tip is broken off so when you go to write it pushes all the way in and becomes useless) but it doesn't even feel remotely similar to a real Samsung S Pen. Then a few hours later I go to setup my fingerprints on the phone and kept getting a error message telling me to restart my phone do the a error with the scanner. After the 3rd time restarting the phone I looked at the back to check out the fingerprint scanner and realized it's not real. Doesn't look or feel like the scanner on my other Note 8. It was replaced with a simple cap that was meant to vaguely look like the scanner but not do anything. Then I go to plug the phone in and just be done with the whole mess for the night and find out the charger slot is messed up so that chargers do not stay in it. Tried 3 separate new chargers and all of them popped right out. Save yourself the hassle and don't order this phone. I'm scared to even try any other functions of the phone at this point. ... show more
