    • Battery Blew Up - Don't Waste Your Money on This One!
After about 2 months of usage, the screen of my phone started popping out in the corner. I did not know why at first, I thought it was possibly a manufacturing defect. Well, talk about manufacturing defects. It was getting worse to the point that the screen started being unresponsive to touch. I hadn't dropped my phone, so I didn't know what was happening. I discovered after removing the back to check to see if I can see an issue visually, that the battery fell out and wouldn't pop back in. That's when I examined the battery and saw how it was bubbled out in the middle like it was getting ready to explode. It had expanded to the point it wasn't fitting inside the phone anymore. Terrible, worst phone I've ever purchased. I was having battery problems as soon as I got this phone, it wouldn't charge all the way to 100% and it would die at 20% without warning. I don't usually give 1-star reviews, but this one definitely deserves less than. ... show more

I had already scheduled a return for this phone because of an update issue, it was stuck in a loop and continually doing a system update...yes, the verizon store had done their thing twice...i had talked to Amazon support too and Verizon tech support...my husband has the phone so i know it is a good one...frustrated, of course it is a holiday and of course, i was traveling for the first time in years and could not be without a phone...i read through some Amazon reviews and found a guy that talked plain like me...at his urging i did "one more" factory resets and cleared all the caches and IT WORKS and we are in business and i am very happy with the phone...it took hours and days, but maybe if you read this first, you will take his advice and blow this thing up BEFORE you start filling out your calendar, etc...very happy, but a bit frustrated how long it took for ME to figure it out...i tried getting help : ) but you can be you own best advocate here...i live in a cabin in the woods and spend most of my time with 1x service...i will not pay $1,000 for a phone that won't work any better up here than a flip phone...be forewarned, but a great phone. ... show more

The phone I received seems to be completely new. It may not be but I can't tell. It came in its original box sealed with its original battery and speed charger. There is zero defects on this phone in any place. As far as I can tell it's a new phone. I just couldn't be happier with the product. Except I'd like to know if I order another one would it also be just as good? Or is it random? What determines which one is sent and received? Because some people are complaining about their device. But the one I received has no flaws. It came without a SIM card. Which I believe is in keeping with the fact that it may be a new phone. My old Verizon SIM card worked perfect immediately. ... show more

Bought from seller BREED as a refurbished phone. Had a little problem with ear speaker at first for 2 days it sounded like the other person was very far away. But I guess it fixed itself because it's working just fine now. The battery doesn't hold charge very well but no biggy just ordered a replacement battery. The charger that came with it doesn't charge the phone very well but my old samsung charger works well with it. The phone cosmetically, is in great shape. All in all I love the phone. I had no problem switching it over to my verizon account. Thanks! ... show more
