Phone is in excellent condition, appears brand new and everything functions well. It is AT&T, it is UNLOCKED and I was able to switch it to Metropcs fairly easy. Although going to a Metropcs store to do so was pointless, as the rep first said it would cost me $15 and then told me it couldn't be switched. Got exactly what I wanted here on Amazon by Amazon this was just after purchasing another Note 4 from vendor here in Amazon that didn't work as I expected and got it returned.Then I decided to order this by Amazon..Oh this looks like already my meeting expectations, shipments was kinda slow but was patient enough,the phone arrived new,clean pristine open to gsm networks easy set up and as described. This particular piece I received is defective. Wi-Fi reception very poor, screen freezes, poor screen quality(sensitivity to touch), poor ringtone volume quality (It does not sound loud enough even when volume set at max. I miss most of my calls if the phone is not in my hand). I have used this product before but this particular one is of a poor quality. I don't like this one. I need it replaced. ... show more
