This product arrived neatly packaged and in clean and pristine condition. Unit included the battery charger and cable which provided flawless rapid charging. Unit arrived with 67% charge and quickly achieved 100%. With only a few days to go by, charging and battery performance appear to be excellent. 18 month zero percent interest from Amazon allows me to pay off the product at roughly the same rate as Verizon, but in 18 months instead of Verizon's 36 months. Migration from my old Samsung Note 5 to this was easy and straightforward; just transfer the old nano sim from my old phone to the new and use Samsung's Smart Switch utility on both phones to migrate everything wirelessly. Great communication on the delivery. Arrived in 2 days from time of order. Front screen is without scratches. Buttons are responsive. No dents on the bezel. The only issue was two scuffs on the back as in my photos and the charging block is a regular 15W output. USB A to USB C cord. So don't expect a fast or super fast charging based on what I received. The pen keeps getting disconnected. Wifi signal very low. I dropped my other Note 20 in the water. That's why I bought another one since I was very happy with the note 20. Unfortunately this phone is not all that.

Purchased this because I wanted to switch from iPhone to android, but did not want to spend a lot of money on a new phone. After researching this device, I was able to find one for a great price! Came quick and in good used condition. I would recommend purchasing from this seller.

The cellphone is in excellent condition, but after transferring all my data, getting ready to activate , I checked the imei with Verizon and it turns out that it was reported stolen or lost. What a waste of time. I started my return immediately.

I have not used yet face recognition or the fingerprint reader but I know they're available to me and I know they are great options. I have simply gone for a pattern entry.
