I order this phone and every time I put it on the charger it takes for ever to charger and it keeping it has water damage and I know i did not put it near water. On top of that the company does not answer their phone and it say they have a 30-day warranty. I have screenshots to prove it had that notification and it won't work with any other charge. I'm about to upload it to my email and post the photos. I cant even charge it get to work so i can close out my apps ... show more

I waited 10 days for this phone, which I brought to replace the one that was stolen from me (too long). I unpacked the box to see a beautiful phone - perfect the right size, no scratches really nice. I notice that I needed to charge the phone before I could set it up, so I plugged it in and waited 30 minutes .......no charge (weird), I unplugged and replugged, waited longer, found a different outlet, then finally I used a different charger and the phone started charging... So the charger is no good. As for the phone so far its a keeper. ... show more

Bought 2 of these from seller MobileCart over 3 months ago. I was able to do updates including security updates through October 1, 2023. I think they continue security updates for some time, but 3 years since 2020 release might have just gone by. I am using them on ATT. One had the stylus missing, and at the very end of the 3 months, I discovered it, and contacted seller through Amazon. Seller was very fast responding. I was able to order a stylus with bluetooth, which can be used as a remote for the camera, and the other stylus functions, on Amazon for $20. The charger that came with these were not the Samsung chargers, and would not fast charge, and at the last minute at the end of the return date, I requested to return these, and seller approved both returns immediately - great seller, but I had a couple of Samsung chargers of my own, and they work, so I cancelled the returns. I had spent too much time searching for a replacement for my Note 4's, and customizing this new model, and they were so like new, that I had to keep them. These DO NOT have curved display which is only true of this particular model of the Note 20, so there is no edge alert, but I bought them because I don't like curved displays anyway. These have a fairly new chip, so they can get channels that my Note 4 can't so they get better coverage, also. These were what I needed, and I'm glad I got them! Good Luck! ... show more

Hands down great bye I love this phone, it did have a scratch on the screen when it came but it did state that it was a refurbished so I kind of expected there to be a scratch or two here and there but that was the only thing was a little scratch on the screen which is barely noticeable at all with the screen protector I bought you cannot even see it. But I will say do your research I see a lot of people saying oh this didn't match with my phone provider make sure you go to Google and type in this phone and your phone provider and what SIM or model number they work with that's how I was able to figure it out because I honestly had a different phone in my cart I was about to buy until I done the research and figured out hey that will not work with my phone carrier and I found this one which worked great I took my old phone in in this phone and they had the SIM card in this note 20 in less than 5 minutes it's a great phone if you need a new phone and one pretty phone I say buy it but like I said do your research I'm with Cricket it works with Cricket I can say that on the box it said it came from Metro customer service so I'm guessing it might work with them too but I would do the research before doing it. ... show more

I wasn't sure what to expect for a refurbished Note20 but this one is like a new phone. Start up was easy and it works as it should. I have AT&T and I had no issues. I will buy refurbished phones again.
