I've been using the phone for almost a week now, and other than the growing pains of a new phone I have no complaints. I came over from a Note 8 and have had no issues getting used to this note 20. Facial Recognition is super fast and works every time. Finger print reader worked really well until I added a screen protector. a Thinner screen protector might help, but with screen protector you have to push really hard to get a fingerprint registered or to use it to open the phone, but it does work if needed. My, phone was advertised as a Verizon phone, but appeared to be an unlocked T-Mobile when I looked up the IMEI. Hopefully this will last me at least four years like my Note 8 did. ... show more

It said it would be in original box, just a brown box. It looked new, but after hours with my carrier it would not accept calls. I wanted hours and a screen protector for a phone that was apparently defective.

They did have some sort of residue on them that was rather difficult to clean off that's the only reason for 4 stars but we got them clean and everything else is perfect so far!
