Constant malfunctioning and trouble. Worked OK until return window expired. Now, nothing but problems. I don't recommend buying a so call refurbished phone. The screen often fails to respond to touch commands, the volume keeps going down, the battery life doesn't last. My apps dissappear and I had to re-start the phone. Waste of money. ... show more

I previously owned a Galaxy note 8 but due to older software was forced to get a more updated app. So I chose this Note 20 since I was already familiar with the size and format. I'm glad I did. It's 5g so it processes much quicker. I think the graphics have greatly improved from my older phone. Most features are similar so it's an easy phone to use. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the battery life is still not up to par with any apple phone. Great value for the price! Update: Ok, 2 weeks after owning this phone there's a few dislikes I have. The first being there's no led light to notify you you have any kind of notification you've missed. You'd think this is basic. Two I HATE the volume being on the right side as opposed to the left. Screen shots are the power and low volume button like before but it's tricky. To restart/ on or off you have to hard press those same buttons. The power button is now the Bixby button no one uses. It's all just odd. Third, the fingerprint is now on the front. With my screen protector which every phone must have, it takes me multiple tries to get in. I'm just not a fan anymore. Screen record is nice but what modern phone doesn't have that now? Anyway, I'd now rate this phone a 6-7/10. ... show more

I was surprised to receive item so fast since there had previously been reviews saying that items took a long time to receive. I ordered it on Friday and received it by Monday. So far I am happy with the quality of product. The product itself is the right size. Pen works great. I love Samsung Notes. I previously had the Note Ultra, but for me it was too big. I didn't realize that it was not an Ultra when I purchased it, but I am not upset... It was the right price , love the green color, and the size. ... show more

I adored the phone! Unfortunately my network wasn't compatible, but that absolutely had nothing to do with the phone itself. With a sad face I did have to request a return and the seller was prompt to approve it and in the last stages of the process. I have no complaints about the phone or seller. So far it has been a very pleasant interaction. I have used a Samsung Note 9 for several years now and I just wanted to try put a new generation of it because I liked it so much and it has hung in there against all odds. 😂 The Note 20 was a very nice upgrade. The phone looks great, no damages. Gets hot really fast and doesn't hold charge at all. Screen is wonderful storage space not even close to full, so I'll have a lot of things to store. I don't think this phone may last very long, probably a yr or so, and I'll have to replace the battery
