My old S10e died so I bought this, and am glad I did. Transferring everything from the old phone was easy with my Samsung account - even my home page had all the right icons and background, amazing really. The phone is much quicker than the S10e (unsurprisingly) and the camera takes great photos (exciting photo of my mower attached). I had to decide between this and the Note 20 Ultra, but the Ultra - even though it is a better phone in many ways - has very sharp corners and is slightly bigger. Please note that this item "Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G 128GB N981U Smartphone Mystic Gray (AT&T Locked) - (Renewed) is supposed to be an AT&T Locked Phone. Once I received my new phone, I replaced the sim card. The phone did not work with my sim card. I took the phone to the AT&T store and they tried to see if they could get it to work. They discovered that the phone was not an AT&T but a T-Mobile (locked) phone. Made a trip to T-Mobile to see if they could unlock the phone. They said it I have T-Mobile service, then they could have unlocked it. But since I did not have T-Mobile service, they could not do anything. They advised me to call their Customer Service to see if they could help. After speaking with T-Mobile customer service, they said that could not do anything since I did not have an account with them. They stated that I could contact Amazon customer service. One hour of wasted time and gas. Had to contact Amazon customer service, after about 10-15 minutes, they told me that I would need to send the phone back and they would give me a full refund. They sent me a non-postage paid label to send the phone back and it cost me $8, plus my gas and time. Very, very frustrating and disappointed in this company for either not sending the correct phone or their listing was in error. So there goes my Christmas present to my wife.
