I bought this because my S9+ screen scattered. When I tried to have the glass repaired locally, I was quoted $230. No way could I afford another $1000 for a phone right now so I thought I'd try a renewed phone. I found this S10 + 5G note for only around $150 more than the repair. It was newer, larger, more features, 5G, just a beauty so I ordered it. I liked everything about this purchase. Shipping was lightening fast. The phone seems brand new. The battery life was 96%, for a 3 year old phone, that's remarkable. The aura glow is stunning. The S-pen was a rich purple and worked perfectly. Everything worked great. Fast forward to Monday when I went to activate it at my provider (Verizon) and make sure I did everything correctly (I did). They told me my replacement value for my cracked S9+ was $700 and for only $500 I could get this years top of the line S22 Ultra. Who would have thought? I honestly hesitated for a moment because I liked this S10 note THAT much. But common sense won out. I just couldn't refuse the most current flagship phone for only around $50 more than this beauty. I ended up being talked into the S22. Had it not been for the huge trade in discount I would have been completely happy with this one. In fact, I think it's prettier than the S22 and I like that the keys are on the left and the S-pen on the right. It's the opposite on the S22. So now I have to go through deleting everything as directed in the paperwork that came with this phone. It's the least I can do to show my appreciation for such a good renewed phone. So, if you don't have such a high trade in elsewhere and need a phone repair. Check these out instead. I told everyone I'll never pay full price at the dealer again. My first go to will be here..... Just got it, and no complaints. Love the Note series! The Aura Glow is just so majestic to look at, its like a iridescent mirror in your hand. Beautiful! But in terms of the condition of the phone 9/10. Functionality-wise I have no issues. So I would recommend. I will update this review if I have any problems! Also i appreciate the pin to pop out the SIM card slot! ... show more

Can't get a better cell for the price or really at all. Expensive quality cell that's as good or better as new one but u get it for a lot less after a year on. This came out in 2020 but I never noticed any tech disadvantages and updates well if I want one. 5 g and in great condition and good shipping too. Customer service aims to please and will quickly fix any problems or give you your money back. I couldn't connect s pen to Bluetooth but worked and told them. A new one came very fast. Like one or no more than 2 days after I told them and works great and was carefully tested extra to make sure too by them. Great sellers. You'll love this cell and it's condition or if not get a refund. Can't ask for more I guess. ... show more

Do not order from the seller! Read all his reviews. 20 of the reviews say the same as mine does. The phone is not really unlocked. It would not make calls? It would say call ended as soon as I hit call.i had Verizon and att run checks on it from customer support with an att sim card and a Verizon chip. Both companies said it's a junk phone and it will not make calls on any provider ever, but it passed his renewed check. That's funny so did 20 of the sellers other phones they sold to people as renewed? Like I said read there reviews! Last of all it was sold as a 5g renewed note 10 plus 5g. No matter how old this phone is or the fact that it no longer will get updates I always go back to it I have even had the Google 8 pro and send it back Because I missed my big screen and just because this phone is awesome I have now gotten 4 watches and 2 phones from chubbytech and he is always fair and his products are wonderful even tho the battery sucks I still love this phone even tho it ate my SD card :-( ... show more

I had the same phone model w/o 5G but I smashed the screen. This phone was less $ than a screen replacement. I know the phone well but was concerned about it on the Tmobile network bc it was originally Verizon (even though it said unlocked). To my happiness I put the SIM card in and it fired right up - no need to call Tmobile or do anything special. YAY! It's just like a new phone! ... show more

It is an amazing phone truly love it but this does die at 2% withing acceptable parameters for referbish did have a small scratch on back and a small scratch or dent next to the s pen slot on the bottom, also the camera has a slight rattle when you move the phone around not sure if that's how Samsung make the phone or if this is lingering damage that the refurbish team let slide. I will update this review if the phone suddenly dies not of my own fault 5/5* 4/20/23 update reveiw 2/5* New review now that ive used the phone for a long time it isnt what its cracked up to be it doesnt connect to 5g on any carriers even though it says 5g in its name ... show more
