Came in the plastic. Seems new as ever. Battery life sucks and the fingerprint is difficult with a tempered glass on, so I just use face recognition which works great. But everything else is perfect.

Bought this instead of the s20 just because of the specifications. The phone is great. Screen size is nice, fast, charges fast and keeps charge long. The pen works beautifully. My issue is that when I purchased, I received the box opened and scratched up. The phone was shipped to a skybox in Miami and then to Trinidad. But the phone box itself was opened and looked used. When I received it I immediately spoke to an amazon representative who confirmed the device was new. The phone itself looked new and is working great, but I was disappointed in the condition of the box during shipping and it being opened before I got it. ... show more
