    • Hiya stupid "smart" phone
Samsung has this new software that's called Hiya or "Smart phone" that is embedded in its caller id and spam blocking that takes over your contacts, gives incorporate information about them and doesn't allow you to edit them. The only way to get that disabled is for Samsung tech support to remote into your phone and disable it, but that also disables caller id and spam blocking. So your choice is to either lose control over your contacts and their information or be open and vulnerable to spam calls. This was not the case with Note 9. This should not be a choice anyone should have to make. This review will remain 1 star until Samsung fixes this ridiculous unnecessary snafu of an "upgrade" / bug. ... show more

Got this phone to replace my old 4g phone same note 10 + ( with 5g antena...) this new phone was unlocked even know show version on the start up screen . Fully working perfectly battery life.. not a single scratch.. pen was not. Original..( order onther separate not deal breaker) only down side.. not a 4g antena on this phone . For a few days. I was under the idea ... there no 4g signal on my location..( not the case..) when going in the phone menu../ setting discovered there no 4g antenata build in the phone ... just lte.let.. and that sucks... . Discovered that. After the 30 days returned windo. So 2 start.. phone work nice presentation too .. not dependable when it becomes to internet/ network use.. due to slow data transfer when not.
