The phone arrived in like-new condition! This was a cautionary purchase for me because I've never considered purchasing a phone through a 3rd party before, I usually just bought it straight from the carrier itself. But my concerns were relieved upon receiving this phone! The phone was visually flawless, screen was perfect, and was the exact model as advertised. The phone is lightning fast and the battery life has been incredible thus far, and that's even after adding a bunch of apps I normally use. There a lot of cool features using the S Pen and multitasking. My only major issue is with the fingerprint reader. I want to note I am using a special screen protector with this (one that includes a special fingerprint spot), so you may not run into this if you don't use a protector. But the fingerprint scanner frequently fails in this setup, so it may not be a good security solution for you if you run a similar setup. This particular phone did NOT come with a SIM card, and it's pre-programed for Verizon as advertised. If you are upgrading from 4G to 5G, you will need to contact Verizon to get an upgraded SIM card either mailed to you or you can go to a Verizon center to pick one up. If not, you will still need to contact them to switch the SIM cards from your old phone to your new one. It's a fairly quick process either way. I will say that even though I have upgraded to a 5G SIM card, my phone is still only receiving a 4G LTE signal in my area. Verizon states that this phone is NOT 5G Nationwide compatible, which means this phone will not connect to the mainstream 5G signal that currently exists, but rather depends on the higher band 5G UW that is not yet as accessible. I was worried as the packaging was sketchy. It came inside a flimsy mail envelope. There was a box inside the envelope but it was not closed and the phone was hanging out but luckily inside of a little bubble wrapped sleeve. Thank goodness the phone was not damaged or scratched at all. The phone came with the original stylus pen. It also came with a new charger but it appears to be a generic charger not a Samsung. They were also kind enough to send a pin for the Sim card tray. When I 1st attempted to turn on the phone it was at 0% battery but that was easily solved and so after I charged it I was able to transfer all of my stuff over and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The phone was a little dirty on the back but after I wiped it down, the phone looks as works as if it were brand new. Newer device. Seems like a good device. Still trying to get apps like the ones I had on my older device. A little confusing. But the Otterbox case is like the one I have for my device that this one is a replacement for. Keyboard for some apps is a little strange with the space at being too small. The device seems pretty fast and charges fast enough with the fast charger. Cord is not the same as the one for my other device which is dissappointing since I have 4 of those cords. Had to buy different cords but they were not too expensive. Not sure when I will change over to this note 10 plus. Still have not mastered all the matching apps from my old device. Learning curve is pretty steep and some new apps are not so user friendly. Still can't attach easily. More keystrokes...ik. AND no notification chirps for my messaging app. Well, that's enough for now. But its a really nice device...AND I at least 'look' like I'm a real tech wiz with this fancy devjce. ... show more

The first phone I got was no good. It kept dropping phone calls. The second phone worked for 2 months. Now it's not holding a charge . When the first phone was replaced, I was told that would be it, I could not replace it again. Now after spending hundreds of dollars I have crap in my hands with no options. **UPDATE: turns out instead of a locked Verizon phone I instead received an unlocked T-Mobile version, instead. Only issue so far is all inbound MMS images are extremely compressed.** Phone was indeed in "excellent" condition, as promised by seller. Was able to easily activate and begin using the phone right away. Phone even arrived earlier than promised. (I'm writing this review using it and it wasn't supposed to be here, yet. Bravo to the seller for prompt shipping and to USPS for continuing to be the BEST package handler.) Very happy with this phone. I've always been a note 9 person. But had issues with the last two. Over running memory and eating up all the gigabytes with hardly anything on my phone. The flashlight blew out of the phone on the one before. This one is perfect I checked everything including the internal storage and memory and was where it should be. With even games. Was so easy to set up with my switch everything transferred like everything had been downloaded onto this phone originally except for one camera I had to reprogram.
