I was honestly a bit hesitant about buying a renewed phone, but this turned out to be such a great decision! The phone arrived in really good condition, just a few tiny marks that you wouldn’t even notice unless you’re looking closely. It works perfectly, super smooth performance, and the screen is still bright and beautiful. The battery life has been solid for me throughout the day, which I was worried about at first since it’s renewed, but it holds up well (definitely above expectations). I love the S Pen feature; it’s super handy for quick notes and even just navigating the phone. The camera quality is also amazing, especially in good lighting. It came with a charger (not original, but works just fine), and setup was quick and easy. Also, being fully unlocked is a big plus because I had no issues using it with my carrier. The phone came perfectly fine, unlocked and everything. The body looked really good and well put together, screen was flawless! Everything seems to be in order, but i do only have one issue... The battery is definitely a problem, i noted upon starting it that the battery drained FAST. It woud actually skip in telling me as it drops some numbers on charge, like 25 % then it suddenly goes to 10% Had to let it charge with the phone screen off too just to get the percent up and keep it from dropping slowly. Deffo get a battery extending app. That was the ONLY problem. I could see the battery being a huge issue if you use your phone a lot while you're out and about. But, if you're using it on a strong fast charger it shouldn't be draining too bad. That things an energy spender. A little smaller than my moto g stylus. But, pretty phone. I can't get anywhere with the product support without calling someone and I'm hard of hearing so I will just have to warn others here. Be careful when buying these because the battery in mine barely works. I watched it dive from 30% to zero in the span of five minutes while actively ignoring the charger i had it plugged into. It doesn't last through my work day in the slightest, and i have to charge it two or three times to full in the span of eight hours just to keep it from dying. Insanely frustrating ... show more

This is my second on I bought from this vendor in a month. I dropped my otherone in theocean :( ... very slippery phone...Get a case! Still..both phones work great. Nice to have an S pen on it as well. If I need another phone I'd get this again, great as a backup phone. $15 a month with Mint Mobile...can't beat it ! :) ... show more

So first off. I have seen plenty of negative reviews so I'm going to probably guess I'm one of the lucky ones. It came loose in a box with bubble wrap and a charger underneath. So packaging is absolutely terrible and I must give credit to the ups driver who was gentle with it. Now. The packaging may be horrible but the phone was in mint condition. It took my verizon sim with no issues and has worked perfectly. No dents or scratches in sight. It turned right on and was at 54 percent battery. Charged quickly enough and had an easy set up. The stylus pen was not charged but had enough charge to test and it also worked well. Great phone. I'm not disappointed. So I guess it is ultimately buyer russian roulette. I won this round. Happy phone hunting the rest of you. May the odds ever be in your favor! ... show more
