I think this a great buy for the phone itself. It's unlocked, I had no problem putting in my old sim card & getting everything switched over & set up. I love the amount of storage space but the pen does have the glitch that was mentioned in other reviews. It will notify you to reconnect your s-pen when the pen is still in your phone & has never been disconnected. I believe there is a way to stop these notifications but I'm not anal about it & I've lost my pen twice before & they are the reason why I like these phones so I'll leave mine how it is so I can check on my pen no matter what. Also good price if you ask me, the camera has a good quality & the photos come out great. I thought the screen protector was weird as there's a hole in it for your finger print but the screen protector seems to break fast so I'd definitely order some backups just in case. ... show more

So first off. I have seen plenty of negative reviews so I'm going to probably guess I'm one of the lucky ones. It came loose in a box with bubble wrap and a charger underneath. So packaging is absolutely terrible and I must give credit to the ups driver who was gentle with it. Now. The packaging may be horrible but the phone was in mint condition. It took my verizon sim with no issues and has worked perfectly. No dents or scratches in sight. It turned right on and was at 54 percent battery. Charged quickly enough and had an easy set up. The stylus pen was not charged but had enough charge to test and it also worked well. Great phone. I'm not disappointed. So I guess it is ultimately buyer russian roulette. I won this round. Only thing as people can see is the sticker the seller put on left all the stickiness on it. If they didn't it'd be incredibly flawless. Perfect phone, not even a superficial scratch. Looks like it came straight from the phone company. Got here as expected, I thought it was thre note 10 plus, so I bought the glass cover and an awesome case that of course do not fit.
