The overall phone is nice. The camera is far better than my previous Note8. The shortcut features make cropping and referencing really easy. The display is more vibrant and the speakers carry well. I can't really gauge the improvement comparison on battery life, but its good on its own. Some of the existing features that I didnt use before have been streamlined and now are more prominent which is a nice touch. Phone feel is very similar to the note8: Large, but not cumbersome. The headphone jack is gone so I can no longer use an aux cord. The face recognition feature takes a while to pick up and the fingerprint feature is very unforgiving, unlike the ease on Note8. Its better to use all the security features at once so that they cancel the lag on each other and get you into the phone faster. Overall an improvement on my Note8. 👍🏾 ... show more

I liked the delivery time it came on time and the packaging was official as well as the s pen from what ive seen ( it does come with s pen ) What surprised me was that there was no scratches and it comes with a decent screen protector. The battery life on this is absolutely by far the best I've ever had and I do uber eats about 6 to 8 hours a day and phone has yet to die. For those who don't know what adaptive battery meant is that you can wirelessly charge any QI enabled device simply by putting it on the phone...WHAT!!!! Face recognition is actually pretty decent in my opinion. The only thing about the fingerprint scanner is its in a weird spot and it's VERY VERY SENSITIVE. Overall I'm very happy about this purchase everything works flawlessly on it. When I got the phone of course I was nervous because it was "refurbished" thinking something wouldn't work or their would be a huge mark on it or something but that's all that was...a thought! ... show more

I love this phone. Large screen, cameras are good, and it has lots of storage space. Had to get used to it as I switched from a Motorola x4, and I miss the shake to turn on the flashlight feature the old phone had, but it is a vast improvement in every other area. Very happy with it!

phone is Samsung direct factory sold.No bloatware, unlocked, no funny screens or sounds when turned on. Please beware of missing accessories.This is premium renewed product and should come as described and advertised! I found inside "funny" message : wall charger and earbuds are sold separately. I returned 1st phone because of missing accessories, 2nd one arrived with the same problem. After calling Amazon Rep. again they are sending me free charger. I don't care about earbuds. Anyway on the pic is what you'll get. False advertisement.3 stars because of that.... ... show more
