Don't buy refurbished phone from Amazon. This phone is terrible. It doesn't hold a charge for long. The volume goes down on its own constantly. The phone overheats to the point it almost burned my hand. It breaks up making me sound like a robot to callers. None of the security features work. I can't use face or finger recognition. It freezes extremely bad to the point i have to keep restarting it. Sometimes it will restart it self and get stuck in the start mode. I HATE THIS PHONE SO MUCH ITS GOING BACK ASAP! I am not sure it is only me or others also have problems with Samsung phones' battery life! I charge it 100% and sleep and when I wake up b8 hours later it is either almost empty or powered off by itself. Amazon rep was really willing to help but this manner was beyond his knowledge that the problem is me and my chargers etc,. referred me to Samsung. Samsung in chat wasted my time for 2 hours and no response. it is not first time but I had a Note 20 ultra 5g that one is also problematic in the battery life; maybe because I have and use IPhone 13 promax, Samsung's battery life is ridiculous in my view, comparing iphone and Samsung in the battery life is like comparing me and Mike Tyson in the ring! ... show more
