I have always been skeptical of purchasing a used phone, for many obvious reasons. And It's only been a few hours, but I am actually impressed! Everything seems to be up to par as far as what to expect from a new phone. The fingerprint reader and all work fine, battery seems to be doing okay, and the thing looks practically brand new. I am even impressed down to the packaging. The phone looks like it was sealed airtight in a durable box. The only complaint I have is the charging peices look like something from a gas station. If it helps anyone, I received my renewed Note 10 from TechMint, who also seems to have produced the charging block. Who knows, the charger could be of good quality, definitely will try it out. ... show more

We ordered this Samsung Galaxy Note 10, 256GB, Aura Black - for AT&T (Renewed) for my 17yo in January 2023 and it stopped working in June. Like it will not charge at all. My son went to bed with it charging on the night stand like normal, and in the morning it was not charging, and died soon after with no clear way to get it to charge. We tried multiple charging cords and even wireless....NOTHING!!!! Waste of money for a product that only lasted 6 months. ... show more

The exterior of the phone was in great shape but the screen itself had burn in (phantom images and icons were faintly seen). I did purchase the moderate condition, never have before so didn't know what to expect. Tolerable for the purpose I needed it for but probably notable for others.

It didn't come with a factory charger, but it still works the same. The phone itself has a lot of steps to get it up and running, came in at good condition and it only took a week to get it
