I purchased this phone in March of this year, and after just six months of use, the inner foldable screen suddenly stopped working. Without any apparent reason, a line appeared on the screen, rendering it unusable. I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for over five years, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing. For a phone that costs $1,400, it’s unacceptable for it to last only five months. To make matters worse, the repair cost for the inner screen is $800, bringing the total repair cost to nearly $1,200. I would not recommend this phone, as it seems to be of poor quality, and the warranty offers little to no support. On top of that, there's no reliable way to contact the seller for assistance. I purchased this Feb 2024 and it going on a year. I have no complaints. My phone is Awesome. 1tb is great storage capacity. There were no scratches on my phone. My screen is still in top notch. The battery last all day and charges quick. I do believe I got a better deal on here then with tmobile. My money went a long way with this purchase. I was able to use my Affirm to pay monthly.
