Beware. After buying the first replacement phone a week ago I find out that it was destroyed in shipping, My money was refunded and I purchased a second replacement phone. After receiving it and trying to get it set-up on T-Mobile, I find that the phone is actually locked. The only choice it to return it for a full refund,,,,,again. This was a third part supplier. Amazon should do a better job vetting their suppliers of these products. Though returning for a full refund is expected, the delay and the lack of correction, means other folks are gong to go through the same hassle. ... show more

Fast shipping, arrived on time. Phone was in good condition. I bought refurbished so I expected minimal wear and that's what I got--little scrapes on the corners/sides of the exterior which are covered by my case anyway. Screen is MINT, not even a ding. I dropped my old A71 in the water and couldn't get the swiper to work. Therefore, I purchased this one from Amazon and it's okay. It's not like my old phone but it works and I don't have to learn how to work a new style. The new A71 has its moments when it just drops service and I just wait patiently for it to wake up. My son was so hyped that I got him this phone... Only to find out that the camera doesn't work... I've done everything... Downloaded other cameras, went into the settings and reset the phone, and everything... My son saw I was frustrated and said dad it's ok... But he was still hurt.. he can't video chat his grandparents, his friends or take pictures... ... show more
