If you listen to music, you'll need wireless dollar tree headphones($5) using phone Bluetooth or c connector jack with ear buds ($10) Walmart to plug in phone charging port as this phone doesn't have a designated earphone port. Very clear pixels for selfies, etc. When activating this phone at my phone service provider, staff commented this was a very good phone. I swore I'd never buy another refurbished item again after my last bad experience, but this was as advertised in excellent condition. Am getting LTE instead of 5G, but from my understanding that depends more on your area service than the phone. It's been working smooth, and games are loading and performing way faster than they did on my old phone. Battery life is very good, getting a solid day to day and half depending on how heavy I use it [I've been pushing and playing it more than normal to assure it's working well, and no issues]. Had some issues transferring my old phones data over and it seemed to want to hang onto a lot of the current apps that came on it [some I really hate, and can't be deleted], but got it worked out for most part, and had no issues using my current provider [visible for those who have it and wondering if it would work]. Added: Aug 2025, still no issues and working well. This risk was one well taken, love this little phone and even getting 5g wherever I use it now [not sure if service improved in area, but was never a big concern either-I personally don't see much difference]. ... show more

Bought this phone in December, by January it stopped working. The back is damaged and pulls up. This my first time having a problem with a refurbished phone. Highly disappointed.

So pleased with this phone! It is as advertised, excellent condition. I use Tello (t mobile based). I have the Samsung A52 and transfered to this phone, Samsung A54, then inserted the sim card. It was up, ready to go quickly. Like the clear display, stereo speakers. Thank you!

The phone works great! However, if you use Cricket for your phone service, this counts as a BYOP "Bring your own phone" and your mobile Hotspot will not work. Nor can they make any changes to make it work.

This refurbished phone arrived in excellent shape. It's unlocked mode seamlessly transferred to my Cricket carrier. The phone itself operates very well. I upgraded from a Samsung A13 to this A54 and the difference in screen clarity is very noticeable. Camera images are 5 times better. And this upgraded refurbished phone cost no more than my old cheaper new A13 and the quality is so much better.
