    • Great Phone at a Great Price with SUPER Tech Support
I absolutely LOVE this phone! The only issue I ran in to is that my carrier (Cricket Wireless) will NOT enable WiFi Calling on ANY phone they do not sell to you. They claim it's to ensure network integrity, but the real bottom line is that the see a revenue stream and will hold your phone hostage until you buy a phone from them. The Tech Support the seller provides is GREAT! They tried several work-arounds to get WiFi Calling to work, but nothing helped. The solution? I dropped Cricket and went to T-Mobile. WiFi Calling came right up with no issues. I also am installing a Cell Booster so I'm not slaved to just WiFi Calling for access inside my house. In short, if you're looking for a great phone from a seller that goes above and beyond for after-sale support, this is your solution! ... show more

    • Good phone with SD card slot to expand storage
Needed a phone with expandable memory via SD card to replace my A53. The A35 is comparable to the A35 and a year or two newer. So far this refurbished phone is working fine and looks new. It was completely unlocked and worked with Visible. I tried using this unlocked phone and another just purchased refurbished unlocked A35 that were supposedly compatible with Metro by TMobile, but they said both phones needed a status change but couldn't tell me what status needed to be changed. Called Samsung and they said nothing wrong with either phone, showed they were both unlocked. Samsung said it was a Metro by TMobile issue. I believe Metro wants me off their service because they don't offer my plan anymore (8 years at same price + free Amazon Prime) and they keep trying to get me to move to T-Mobile which is more expensive. So, they won't let me do a bring your own device. Also, my Metro service has been almost non-existent so I thought I had a phone issue. That's why I bought this A35 to test Metros service. So beware if you have Metro, they may not allow an unlocked BYOD. This phone connected perfectly to Visible (Verizon) and works great. I recommend this phone. ... show more

    • Well Worth the Price and the Wait to Get
Review Image by Judz
My old phone had caused me problems for some time and I couldn't afford a new one. I really liked this model of phone and its capabilities. When I received some gifts cards from my children, I decided to use the funds to get this refurbished one. I haven't ever purchased a refurbished one in the past, but decided that was the only way I would be able to get this particular phone. It was very easy to use the Smart Switch app to transfer almost everything from the old phone to the new one. It has taken some time to get used to doing a little different way with the newer phone. However, that is to be expected every time you change phones. It is a really good phone and I'm very pleased that I got it. The battery doesn't last as long as I had hoped. So not certain a new battery was put in when it was refurbished. It does last a full day, so not a big problem. ... show more

    • Excellent value and great performance
I’m very happy with this phone. The display is bright and smooth, the battery lasts all day, and the performance is fast for everyday use. The camera takes clear photos, and the 128GB of storage gives me plenty of space for apps and pictures. Setup was easy, and everything works as expected. It’s an excellent value for the price. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Major headache—phone was locked!
This phone was supposed to be unlocked for international use. However, when I traveled abroad and tried to use it, I discovered it was still locked to T-Mobile due to an unpaid balance from a previous account. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, the seller, and everyone in between, but no one could resolve the issue. This was incredibly frustrating, and I will definitely not be buying from this seller again. I gave them one star but in reality, I would give them a zero. ... show more

    • Absolutey Perfect Phone
The phone was in excellent condition as advertised. There were minor items from the original that were missing, and two items that were included that are not in the original. I got it the next day, which was expected. The minor items missing: The pin for removing the SIM, but I already had one. The USB-C to USB-C cable, which I already have. Paperwork Included: USB-A to USB-C cable USB-A standard (not high speed) charger But the price is so great that I can overlook such minor missing items. The phone showed no scratches and looked and works absolutely perfectly, and I was able to download the eSIM from my carrier and use it right away on AT&T nework. I really hate that the phone companies are doing away with SD cards, but this can use one. ... show more
