#1 it said unlocked in the advertisement,after 3 hours of loosing my mind trying to figure out why it wouldnt connect i did research and found out it was locked THEY LIED!!!!,if you have att phone ill save you the 3 hour drama call att customer service and see if its locked they will easily give you an unlock code,now if the prompt does not appear yo im put the unlock code tell the att rep and he will give you a sequence of numbers to put into the phone dial and the prompt will show up,also i had to have my carrier Metro switch over the phone and had to upgrade my service to get it activated and after it activated the rep put me back on my old plan,also it comes with a ridiculous amount of att apps you cant uninstall or disable,next time BUY A NEW PHONE!!!! ... show more

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with this phone, I just couldn’t get used to it after being on an iPhone for the last couple of years. Originally I was an android guy, then I converted to iPhone for professional reasons. There were things I didn’t like about iPhone, and I thought that I could use the simplicity and interaction of android, But when I actually tried it, it just didn’t work out. This is a great phone. It is carrier unlocked as represented, it is an A35 so all the A35 features. Mine was once an AT&T device so it boots with an AT&T Logo however I've operated it with Mint Mobile and Visible Wireless Sims and it worked and still works well. An A35 will accept an SD Card too so I've put a 512 GB in mine to store mp3 files and years of photos and videos. ... show more
