I've only had my phone 3 days but I really like it alot. Purple is my favorite color. I thought about returning it for the 5g bc it doesn't have wireless charging but it has 128gb and it works on MetroPCS plan. I needed that more. MetroPCS had my phn up and running in 15 min. At first it came with a paper stop on it saying it won't work with metro PCs etc.. I was like WHAT I got it just for MetroPCS..but after being reinsurance by customer service that I can return it if it doesn't work with MetroPCS and guess what I opened it and hooked it up in 5 minutes and it worked so I don't understand why they put that paper on there. But other than that I had the phone for 3 days and it's awesome!! ... show more

I'm not sure if it's because the phone was made in Mexico and isn't designed for US use or if it's just a badly made phone, but the phone has so many Glitches. The phone will sometimes turn off by itself or freeze. And most frustrating is the talk to text doesn't work. It wo t stay on and when it is "working" it doesn't understand what I'm saying no matter how slow or clear I talk. Started having problems 2 weeks into me having it. Not worth the buy. ... show more

I purchased this Samsung Galaxy A32 4G last week and have been happy with its performance. The price was lower than the models I priced in the T-Moble stores. I would buy another one for a family member in the future. Who needs the 5G model? The 4G phone works great.

Had a hard time finding a Samsung that had Easy Mode for my mother who is a senior. This was more than what I had hoped to pay, but it’s been working well and it even came with a clear case. Beautiful color too.

    • Thought it was great until after my return window expired
I originally wrote a good review on this phone but I only had it a couple days when I wrote the review. It's now been about 5 months and I wish I never got it. It constantly freezes, the battery life is already at the point where it drains fast but was good the first couple months. It's freezes several times throughout the day. Sometimes so bad that I can't even get it to restart. I need a reliable phone for my job. This was a total waste of money!! ... show more

I bought this unlocked phone so that it would work on any network, and specifically wanted 4G. I thought I was doing the right thing, but now my phone carrier is telling me that my phone will be inoperable once the 3G system goes down before the end of the year. As a 69 year old person, it is really hard to understand all this constantly changing technology. I read reviews and do the best that I can. As far as I am concerned, this phone should never have been allowed to be listed for sale, since I have basically paid $350 for a phone that will only work in the U.S. for less than six months. I have purchased 77 items from Amazon in 2021 so far, but this time I feel really SCAMMED and there should be much more quality control at Amazon to make sure the items they are selling are actually viable products. This is nothing short of stealing. If you are thinking of buying this phone, or any other, for that matter, maybe buy direct from a manufacturer or be really, really careful. I won't make this mistake again. In fact, I've bought 2 laptops recently, but I will look for different places to buy electronics in the future. ... show more
