Wow, what a great deal. This phone has the Latin version, 8gb of RAM and 256gb of built in storage as opposed to 4gb and 128gb of the US version (twice as much for cheaper). Easy peasy setup. I picked English instead of spanish, that's all I had to do to different than the US model. This was also way cheaper than the US version. Better phone, cheaper price, includes years of updates, a no Brainer. The one real difference between this phone and the US model is it doesn't have a US warranty. My experience is that I have never needed one. If the phone has issues they usually manifest during the 30 day return window. No biggie. This phone charges fast and the charge lasts all day. The best money spent on a fone since the dang thang was invented. Easy learning curve, very user friendly. I'v had iPhones 3, 4, 5 & 6.. a couple of androids that i don't even remember, a Google Pixel (loathsome) and finally the best value in technology that i have hoped for.. & found!

    • NOT unlocked. Samsung is misrepresenting this phone.

This is NOT an unlocked phone. It is locked by its software. I bought 2 of these phones and Samsung is misrepresenting them. When you open the sim manager, it does not have the option to enter an Esim. It is blocked by Samsung. The phone came preset in Spanish so apparently this phone's software was designed for Latin America. I called Samsung and the AI insisted this phone was a used phone, even though I bought it on Samsung's store on Amazon and it wasn't produced until March of this year. Basically, the AI was calling me a liar. I could not tell the AI from a real person, which is scary, but when the AI insisted I bought a used phone, I asked to talk to a real person. I did, she said the phones are programmed from the factory for various regions and that Samsung cannot update the sim manager on my phones.
