So disappointing and a bit frustrating. My daughter and I we're really excited about the phones and the features advertised. Pictures from the camera was absolutely beautiful. The advertisement said the phone was unlocked. NOT! But we didn't realize it until we repeated tried the Smart Switch with our individual phones which of course didn't work but going through the process messed up our original phone. We did read the reviews which were many but there were only a few who encountered what we did and just thought ok. Chances are we'll be ok but not this time. ... show more

Quit working in less than 6 months. I'm about done with buying electronics from Amazon because they continue to send out what I believe are refurbished electronics without disclosing that they are refurbished and they end up not working and you have to go through the hassle of sending them back and I have to buy insurance on everything I get from them because I know it's not going to last 2 years so I just am going to Best buy from now on. Not to mention the phone quit working while my daughter was away and she was missing for 5 hours and I could not reach her because her phone could not receive calls so if you're depending on the phone for safety or in an emergency I would get another plan ... show more

I came to Amazon looking for a new phone. Looking at everything in the description and reading all the questions people have asked, i concluded it to be compatible with cricket network. Get the phone in the mail and set the phone up only to find out it isn't compatible with cricket at all. My phone got suspended because i switched the sim card to this phone so i had to call cricket to get my number turned on so i could use my old phone.     • WILL NOT WORK ON CRICKET NETWORK!!! As of Jan. 2021
Cricket has blocked use of this phone stating that it is not compatible with the Cricket network. This is BS from Cricket as any 4G GSM LTE phone would work if allowed. Anyway do not buy if you are with Cricket, they will suspend your account and you have to call to get it reinstated. The Phone has encountered intermittent problems, will not make or receive calls unless restarted. This has happened at a frequency of twice in one day. First phone I ordered never shipped. After a week, I cancelled and reordered. Then I didn't have any signal on this phone even in the same locations where my other phones on the same plan had great service.
