The phone comes preloaded with many necessary app's such as Samsung back up option, I like that better than Google, FB, Pinterest, download manager etc. Its not loaded with a bunch of useless apps and most can be uninstalled. The operating system is smooth, fast and the phone is very advanced in its ability to download, share, print etc. Some comments may seem elementary but this is the 3rd phone that I have ordered before I found an Android that works well. The display is large, bright and has great color. The camera focuses great and takes very nice, clear pics. I had a problem with the Samsung A10 freezing up but this A20 does not do that. It continues to operate at a fast speed. The price went down $50 while I was trying out other phones but it's worth the higher price. I would definitely purchase this phone again.

My wife and I run a business together and the phone that we were using was very old and needed to be replaced. I thought of A20 first because I have experience with it. It's a great mid-level budget device, and perfect for our needs. I'm always very leary of buying phones online, and I'm not used to buying them brand new but I took a chance on this seller, and I'm glad I did. The phone arrived in perfect condition, and powered up perfectly. Transferring everything over was a breeze and we were back up and running in about an hour. I will be recommending this seller because of their great products, and ease of use.

I have always wanted to step up to owning a Galaxy phone, but it was always out of my price range, until I saw the Galaxy A20 with a large 6.4 inch screen, at a more affordable price. After doing research on the specs, I made the decision to buy it online from Amazon Prime. I chose the U.S. version (unlocked) that came with a 12 month warranty (only available in black color) instead of the International version with no warranty. I took the phone to my wireless carrier and they were great in helping to transfer all my stuff over from my old phone. I noticed how fast the downloading was on the A20. The phone is very light. It looks so blah in the black color, so I am ordering a cover for it in a bright color from Amazon Prime. The length of the phone is great, but the width across looks narrower than my old phone. The audio from the speaker is good, but when I use it with my headphones to listen to a music video, the sound doesn't sound full enough like it did on my old phone. It could be that my headphones might not be compatible with the A20, so I went to the google playstore on my phone and found a volume booster to enhance the sound, and it is much better now. The clarity of the picture doesn't seem to look any better than the clarity that I had on my old phone, so I was a bit disappointed after reading the reviews about the clarity. I guess I was expecting something better on it. In conclusion, I am still happy with the phone because of now having reached the status of owing a Samsung phone.

I have had many phones.......if your like me a charger is your lifeline when your not at home, with this phone my charger never e.r r leaves my bedside table, hands down the best battery I've ever had in a cell phone I use heavily throughout the day and on my busiest days I'll still have 50 percent or more when I return home, the screen quality is brilliant and vivid and the sound is decent but nothing to rave about, the only real downside of this phone is the camera quality. If you take a lot of pictures like myself, this phone is below average and that's sad because aside from that this is seriously the best phone around

I love this phone! It's my first Android phone that has correctly working group text. Internet access has been perfect, with absolutely no complications. The photo quality has been excellent, with my friends commenting about how good pictures look. The battery charges so fast, and stays charged for a long time. I was worried about other comments that it's a "budget phone" but if that's the case, it's reasonably priced and perfect for my needs. Smart!

The phone that I was sold IS NOT UNLOCKED AND CANNOT BE UNLOCKED. Therefore, the phone is UNUSABLE FOR ANY CARRIER AND ANY PERSON WHATSOEVER. Evidently, the phone’s previous owner had Boost Mobile, and the phone was never unlocked to be used on other carriers. I called Boost and had multiple technicians tell me that the phone has not been unlocked and CANNOT BE UNLOCKED because they have a policy which states that their phones must be active FOR A FULL YEAR before they are eligible to be unlocked for use on other carriers. In other words, this phone is completely worthless because it cannot be used by anyone for a long time save the person who originally started service with this phone. It is completely unacceptable to be selling phones that no one can use. Not to mention, it contradicts the seller’s explicit message that it is “unlocked to be used on all carriers.” In reality, it’s locked to be used on NO carriers. I fully expect the seller to replace the product with an unlocked phone (as advertised) free of charge, or to handle the unlocking process immediately so that this gets resolved.

I'm a big fan of the Samsung Galaxy products, but I can't necessarily afford the high end ones. Which is fine because I wouldn't use the phone to its fullest potential anyway. But this one is nice. I can't even begin to say what I like most about the phone. I can say that I looked at several reviews and watch a few videos before I made my decision and I can honestly say that this is a good purchase. Now I must confess that it is a used phone and that doesn't bother me because who ever had it took good care of it because so far the phone is working pretty good. And the best part is , it has a year warranty, can't beat that. This made me feel a lot better about my purchase.
