Works as it should. Even though the phone is unlocked and the startup logo is includes Spectrum which I don't have service with them, it would have been nice to know it was there.     • The phone did not work with Vorizon like they said it would.

They said it would work with Verizon but was told no when I took it to Vorizon. I made 3 trips to the Vorizon store and tried everything to make this work. The seller was slow at getting back to me and then didn't answer my questions just kept asking me for information that I had already given them. I still don't have my refund and I cant really afford to be out the money that they are holding. The price was very good on this phone I really wish it would have worked out. I'm just frustrated that I waited to get the phone and went without a phone for a week then when I got it it didn't work so I had to go more days without a phone and tried to get out to work so I lost more days doing that. And in the end had to start over because the phone would not work. You get nothing back for all the time and gas waisted and they won't return your money until they get the phone back. It sucks when you need that money to replace your phone. But no one seems to care about that. ... show more

My 15 year old daughters phone broke, so i ordered this phone specifically in the light gray color that she wanted. A standard black came. I proceeded to return it but she decided to keep it as she was antsy to get service as she was already without a phone for 3 weeks as we got caught in the switchover from us cellular to t mobile. It was hard to just get into a store! So because of unlucky timing we decided to keep it and deal with it. But it appears to have been unlocked as promised, i was able to figure out how to transfer over all of her stuff. So because it appears to be good quality and ready to go, i give it 4 stars so that anyone else buying will know my experience that way. But we are angry that it was not the phone that we ordered and listed on our invoice as light gray, so i could not give a full tbumbs up. ... show more

The product came well packed and was in perfect condition. I have no complaints that the seller was responsible for. I wasn't happy with the phone's speed, coming from a Pixel 6a. I'm a bit of a power user and need a snappy phone. This would be fine for someone who uses their phone slower. When I close an app I need it closed now. When I go to settings I need it opened now, not in 1.5 seconds. The camera seemed fine. The Macro lens was cool. Fingerprint reader was okay, not 100% reliable and neither was the facial recognition. Even when facial recognition works perfectly, it'll take you 3-5 seconds to unlock your phone which is way too slow for me. Fingerprint reader unlock takes 1-5 seconds I'd say. ... show more

I bought it for my father I sent it to RD but when it arrived it didn't want to work the wife didn't go up he had to send the phone repairman and even so it turns on but it's not unlocked for all countries
