I upgraded from the A15. This phone is super similar, but there are some differences I've already noticed. The fingerprint sensor is much faster and unlocks it immediately, its bigger but not too much bigger and I like that. I like the color options and that its still compatible with sd cards, thats important to me. I’ve been using the Samsung Galaxy A16 4G for a little while now and honestly this phone surprised me in a good way. For the price, you get a huge 6.7” AMOLED display with smooth 90Hz refresh rate that makes videos, scrolling, and everyday use feel way more premium than expected. The screen is bright, colorful, and looks great indoors or outside. The phone runs smoothly for daily tasks like social media, YouTube, calls, browsing, and multitasking. Battery life has been excellent and easily lasts all day for me. The included 25W fast charger is a huge bonus because it charges up pretty quickly. The 50MP camera also takes really solid photos in good lighting with nice detail and color. For an affordable unlocked phone, I was impressed with the overall camera quality. Another thing I liked is the factory unlocked dual SIM support which makes it super convenient for travel or separate work and personal lines. Build quality feels sturdy, the black finish looks clean, and the splash resistance gives extra peace of mind. Lets be clear, the phone is fine and works just like it should. Sealed in original package, all is good. But the description said it was a bundle with a 25W charger. The charger wasn't in the box and so I contacted the seller and this is there response. Hi , We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you because of the poor packaging. All products which we have are from the Manufacturers directly and sealed as per the Original packaging from them only and handled and shipped by Amazon. It may be the fault of the warehouse or the Logistic Partner to deliver you such a product. It is a sheer bad luck of ours that you got to receive a poor packed product due to which you had to face issues. We apologise and hope you give us a chance again to serve you. Spread the Love! Totally confused about this phone. It says in the add it works with T Mobile phones. When I got it there was an insert saying it doesn't work with T Mobile phones(sim cards) and list of others. I am using Mint Mobile. I ignored it and put the SIM card in. I am in the US/FL and it worked. Took maybe 30 seconds or less to register. So maybe it does sometimes and sometimes it doesn't very confusing. So far the phone started up, charged, made calls, texts, and I was able to download various apps for andriod phones and they worked. registered my real estate apps and no issues. ... show more
