For the price, it's a decent phone. It works well on T-Mobile. Only downside is that it's a bit slow/laggy. Other than that, it takes decent pictures and works fine. It's had a good signal from T-Mobile and the battery life is probably a bit above average. After all day gaming & listening to music, it's only at like 30%. Motherboard DOA. We have jumped through all of their hoops. I think they are trying to stretch this out past the Samsung one year warranty, because they made sure we missed the purchase warranty, but telling us to go here, go there, do this diagnositic, reset thi and s wait 24-48 hours. We purchased two, only one works. Their diagnositic ubreakifit (samsung authorized - one of the many steps), says MOTHERBOARD and SIM CARD PORT (internal mechanics). Still cannot get return, repair, or replace! As recommended we photo'ed all sides because they will use an external scratch to void one year warrenty, so we were told by SAMSUNG. No scratches. Looks good, as expected. I tried a brand new google fi physical sim card (May 2025) and it would not work with this "T-mobile only" phone. Google Fi app reported phone was locked (to Tmobile). However, when I used the 4 year old physical SIM, google Fi worked without issue. I'll update in future.
