The phone is cute to look at was real excited when I got it. Im beggining to think thisbis a used phone. Since day one I've been having issues with the keypads. You have to press the keys more than once. It's not a delay they're just not going thru. The phone shuts off ever so often. First time it happened I thought it was because of the battery level but it's happening all different levels even at 80+%. When I reached out to the seller, I was told the phone can't have too much and it's a slow processing phone ... some crap like that. I didn't buy a phone to be having this issue and or concern.
