A phone this old should not be sold at this price it's really bad and slow I also got a better deal for Samsung A15 for almost the same price at Walmart for a new one I wouldn't recommend this due to the price

I’ve had this phone for a while now, and it’s been super reliable. It runs smoothly, the screen is bright and sharp, and the battery lasts all day, even with regular use. It’s fast enough for streaming, social media, and multitasking without any lag. The setup was easy, and I love that it’s unlocked so I could just pop in my SIM card and go. The camera quality is solid for everyday shots, not professional looking, but totally fine for what I need. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the speaker isn’t super loud, and it doesn’t come with a charger brick (just the cable). But overall, it’s a great phone at a fair price. ... show more

The phone came in excellent condition, along with a charger. It came unlocked to T-Mobile coverage so it was easy to just pop my SIM card in and transfer my data over. The sound is amazing. It functions great with little to no lagging, connection works greatly as well and the screen size is comfortable, not too big or too little. I recently upgraded my smartwatch from a Samsung Watch3 to a Watch4 and handed down my old Watch3 to my wife who wanted a watch with flexible styling options (faces). Her cellphone was an Oukitel C21 which I purchased on Amazon about 4 years ago and although I was able to set up the Watch3 and pair it to the Oukitel with great difficulty, as it kept losing its connection and the only way to get it to connect again was to reset the app and watch and re-pair them again. The Samsung A13 was a very attractively priced budget Samsung phone that allowed me to replace her old Oukitel with a true Samsung phone, which I knew would be almost automatic in pairing to the Watch3. I was right and so far the watch has not dropped its connection to the phone (or vice versa). ... show more

I had a samsung A12, my "upgrade" was to this phone. My A12 that I had for years was actually better. This one the finger print thing works 50% of the time, the camera just SUCKS on this, the picture is grainy, just terrible. I had the A12 for several years, dropped it, worked outside, sat on benches with it in my back pocket..no issues. This one already cracked with much less effort, only had it month and I do have a protective case on it same as I did on my A12. Its also become somewhat sluggish. The camera tho, ugh....its not like I'm expecting alot from a budget camera it doesn't matter how light it is, or how close or far you are....most of the pictures come out looking like "chalk" pictures, or very grainy. i think I'm going to get something else down the road when I can afford it. ... show more
