This is the second time I have bought this model phone. The first one froze a lot, constantly overheated. This one also overheats and now it only lets me make emergency calls, answer calls and lets me attempt to restart. otherwise also a black screen Piece of crap..

    • Its ok in a pinch but camera is terrible, fingerprint works 50% of the time and its kinda sluggish
I had a samsung A12, my "upgrade" was to this phone. My A12 that I had for years was actually better. This one the finger print thing works 50% of the time, the camera just SUCKS on this, the picture is grainy, just terrible. I had the A12 for several years, dropped it, worked outside, sat on benches with it in my back pocket..no issues. This one already cracked with much less effort, only had it month and I do have a protective case on it same as I did on my A12. Its also become somewhat sluggish. The camera tho, ugh....its not like I'm expecting alot from a budget camera it doesn't matter how light it is, or how close or far you are....most of the pictures come out looking like "chalk" pictures, or very grainy. i think I'm going to get something else down the road when I can afford it. ... show more
